Visited to get some paint mixed but the machine was unavailable. Victoria was very helpful and gave me the store number for me to check if it was working the next day. She went to check and called me back to tell me she had mixed my colour and it was ready for collection. Thanks Victoria😊

#1 - I visited the Sowton store to buy some laminate flooring. I bought the first lot and drove it home, then I returned straight after to buy the rest. Niamh (who was lovely and polite) recognised me from my first visit, so along with her colleague, they asked for my registration number. They advised me that they wanted to register my vehicle so that I wouldn’t get a parking charge as it may seem like I had been in the car park for over an hour. I thought this was very thoughtful of them, and great customer service, so thank you both.
#2 - Like another customer fed back on here, I think it would be good to reopen the customer toilets.

I use Wickes Exeter as they are more competitively priced than their competitor nearby. I have had 2 deliveries which I sorted in the store by a very competent Sophie who sorted my delivery .She was polite, thorough and efficiently sorted my delivery which is next day. If I was to give a negative it would be to reopen the customer toilets. On the whole very happy.

First class service by RUBY at the Exeter store. Very knowledgeable helpful and gave first class advice for all the projects I had.
I only came to buy 3 pairs painting gloves and happily purchased goods to the value of £53.77.
One very happy customer and Ruby get 10/10 for customer service. A valuable member of your staff. 5*

Great service very friendly and helpful staff

Visited the store today and was served by Soph. She paid attention to her surroundings asked if I needed help before I even asked her, she was lovely, listened to the issue I have, advised me and then took me to the items I that I needed to fix it, showed me various options. Thanks so much :)

Lora who designed the kitchen and organized the project was excellent as was the fitter Kevin who did a brilliant job

They were all helpful especially sophie who helped me with what I needed

Bought a toilet seat from Wickes and attempted to fit it, however there was a manufacturing error and it needed returning. Went in store and Sean returned this item despite having taken off the plastic wrap due to the manufacturing error, excellent service!

Designer Thomas at the Exeter store is helping me with regards to fitting a new kitchen and a new bathroom. At all times he has been informative, polite, professional. He knows what I require and advises me appropriately. Splendid service.

Best hardware shop around and the staff are really friendly/helpful too 👌

What a visit to this store. I've been in a couple of times. Today I came to the store to get a few bits and couldn't find the garden bits I needed and a staff member helped me but the thing I enjoyed most about visiting the store this afternoon was that when I entered the store every staff member I seen was smiling considering the heat. A couple was having a laugh whilst in the paint section which was lovely too. It is always a pleasure to visit this store and another bonus was their drive to support the charity they are supporting! Great customer service as per every visit.

Excellent service was served by a woman called sophie she showed me where the paint i needed was very quickly and efficient and was really easy to talk to very polite lady would go back again just because of the customer service she provider its getting rare to be welcomed by staff these days but her smile and nice personality was amazing

I like Wickes in Exeter as it is a simple experience and the staff are helpful.
Larger companies carry a little bit more but I prefer Wickes as it is easy to navigate and has a great range non the less.
Staff are polite, friendly and helpful.
It is a stress free experience.

Popped into get some paint early one morning last week . Sophie was on the tills and checked I had everything i needed. Very friendly snd will be back.
