Wickes - Exeter Reviews 

Ordered some plywood to be delivered.. Said delivery time, between 10am-3pm..planned my day to wait in for delivery... Got to 3.30, I called them to be told my items hadn't even been loaded on to the van yet.. I understand there are staff shortages, but an email/message wouldn't go amiss.. When items finally turned up it was dark, the delivery driver just wanted to leave it all outside.. I asked how he thought I was going to get it indoors by myself, he said he'd had a busy day.. Not a great service.. Definitely won't be ordering from them again for delivery, will take my custom elsewhere

Becky Williams was a pleasure to deal with all the way through my kitchen design process. Her professionalism and knowledge truly demonstrated her many years with Wickes as a designer (decades). She always responded promptly to my queries and her knowledge about Wickes range of kitchens and the appliances was brilliant and extremely helpful. I ask a great many questions and I had very specific requirements. Becky made sure I fully understood the pros and cons of my choices and where she thought it helpful, did not hesitate to suggest great alternative solutions.
I would have chosen Wickes as my supplier as price, design and service were great – but they did not do the plain white Shaker style door that I had set my heart on. Although I was very tempted by and impressed by the new acrylic Esker door.

I have just ordered our new kitchen at the Exeter branch of Wickes. Beckyanne was really helpful in the design of the kitchen and showed us all the options available in the appliances and offered some excellent advice. She was brilliant and I feel in very safe hands now!

Becky Anne was really helpful with ideas, advice and product knowledge. It was also a relaxing atmosphere and we were never under pressure to commit

Great prices and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a tap in a hurry and was given assistance by a helpful gentleman named Sean. The tap was a Kubic mono basin mixer and feels really nice quality and I’m very happy with it.

Whole process from the lead consultation in store with Kerenza to the visit by Becky -Anne (designer) , Yvonne ( delivery liaison),& the installation team provided by Wickes we now have an amazing kitchen - the design created on paper is now installed & finished .The whole installation process was amazing ! Well done everyone.

Beckyanne was so helpful when we ordered our kitchen. She designed it just as we imagined and couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Very friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely visit again.

We were looking for a bathroom, en suite and down stairs toilet when we met Becky Ann from the Wickes store in Exeter. Becky Ann was incredibly knowledgeable in the design and functionality of all three rooms. She was happy to listen to what we wanted whilst advising us in the process.
Becky Ann's knowledge and helpful approach led us to purchasing a kitchen from Wickes as well.
Becky Ann talked us through not only the aesthetics but again, the functionality, whilst making the most of all available space in quite a small kitchen.
I could not recommend Becky Ann highly enough as a designer, even down to the paints and wallpaper!

I have a second home in Devon so frequently visit Wickes Exeter for my DIY needs. Loving my new dark green chimney breast. Want to thank Kerensa, Martha Lora and Becky-Anne for helping me choose the colours. A delightful bunch of ladies in the home design team there.

I regularly use Wickes for all my business needs. Ollie the store manager is a friendly face and Becky-Anne creates the most beautiful designs for my customers.

Went into the store and a lovely young lady lady helped me find the items that I needed. Couldn’t have been more helpful. A star.

Had a consultation appointment at Wickes in Exeter, worked with a lovely lady named Lora who could not have been more attentive. She really took the time to understand my needs and created a wonderful design. Great service!

I just went into Wicks again to try to sort out the problem with the show. This problem has cost me loads of money to try to put right. They installed the most rubbish extractor fan attached to an old sewer pipe which caused water to pour through the ceiling. The Fan was wired dangerously. Water poured in down stairs an has rotted the upstairs floor. The shower do has never shut properly. I have just been in the store and the manager has fobbed me off with an email. Please never let this company install anything in your house.

Tom was friendly, informative and responsive to our bathroom with shower requirements, he was able to guide towards a great looking and affordable result. I highly recommend Tom and the Wickes Exeter set up

I've just had a kitchen designed by BeckyAnne. The whole experience was totally enjoyable. Her knowledge and expertise put me at ease making the process easy to do. The three dimensional design package bought the ideas to life and her advice and style tips turned my concept into a reality. Thank you, looking forward to the installation

Needed various bits of metal bar and bolts to repair a custom mouse cage, ordered via click and collect on a Sunday. Rebecca phoned promptly when some of the parts weren't available and was incredibly helpful and patient about changing items on my order, so I ended up with substitute parts that worked better for intended purpose. Staff have been consistently helpful and friendly on all my previous visits, too - and as a trans wheelchair user that means a lot - thanks folks!
