WOW! What an absolute star Becky-Anne is! After looking elsewhere we tried Wickes everyday kitchen service. I can honestly say that it was the best DIY experience i have ever encountered. Not only was the range great and suitable for all budgets but the customer service, advice and professionalism of Becky-Anne was off the chart! She was helpful from the first email to the end of the appointment, nothing was too much trouble. I could take my dog with me. She understood the special requirements due to medical issues and made suggestions that suited those needs. We now have ordered our dream kitchen, perfectly suited to our specific needs, within our restricted budget and delivery time is really reasonable too. Even booking the delivery was swift and the on line staff were really helpful. I really cannot compliment everyone enough. Thank you so much!!!

We are on delighted with the kitchen Becky Anne designed for us. Our extension was a self build and to be honest we thought we knew what we wanted. We took our design to Becky Anne and the builds she made were spot on. Like having an island. We are fortunate to have a big space but it was part of an open zone and at the time we couldn’t visualise an island and were quite adamant we didn’t want one: but we are so pleased that Becky Anne persuaded us otherwise. The kitchen has a natural flow for people to move around in.
Another great piece of advice was that due to budget we didn’t go with a hot tap straight away but Becky Anne advised us if we wanted to do one in the future then we couldn’t have the sink made from the same composite as the benches. We have since installed one haven’t looked back so very pleased we took her advice on that too. The composite work bench is fabulous. So easy to keep clean and remove stains. They also left a bit so that if we did have an accident and damage it they can repair it.
Big thanks to Becky Anne. We also got her to design our utility and downstairs showroom which is in progress.

I discussed anew bathroom with Beckyanne. She was superb. Utterly across the brief with accurate and quick numbers, arithmetic and I formation at her fingertips. Facedwith an overwhelming number of options, choices, figures and decisions I felt I was in very safe, caring and experienced hands Beckyanne made great suggetions, and her eyefortge overall design was very good. She was very tactfully able to rein in some of my ridiculous fancies, but also encouraged me to get the bathroom I want. I can't wait for it to be installed. Then I will challenge her with my ideas for a teeny tiny kitchen. I hope thejnstallers are as good. Thanks Becyanne.

Great quality kitchens, usually a deal or discount available. This is our third kitchen from Wickes, and we have shopped around but always end up coming back to Wickes and Becky-Anne.

So Wickes Exeter customer service strikes again.... would have been 1 star only the person serving me today couldn't have been nicer... But big but, I went into store with my assistance dogs clearly marked as such to get a refund on product I purchased just 6 days ago and to purchase some timber... on entry I identified to member of staff I had product I wished to return and was asked politely to leave that with her and get my timber which I did. On return to the till that member of staff was busy, as I stood waiting quietly... A male 20's big red beard shouted at me "what are you doing in here?" looking directly at me, there were several other customers and another male at the till.... I immediately turned on my body camera which got this response "are you filming me?" I replied I am now... he continued to shout making claims I was banned!! Being completely honest, I have no knowledge of being banned plus in the last month I believe I have been in that particular store multiple times without incident spending around £350.... The incident today was unprovoked and humiliating.... the female member of staff serving me only heard some of it, she did ask me about it which explained... she was polite and friendly.... the other member I think might be called Zac has no business be in a customer facing role... so as to save Wickes enquiring it was 15.08 11th July 2024, I noticed there was a cctv camera just above us which couldn't have missed any of today's incident.
Kitchen completion date April 12th actual completion......to be confirmed 11 weeks overdue & counting!
We purchased the "somewhat" overpriced Kitchen with the understanding that we'd saves ourselves a lot of time & effort - sourcing tradesmen, organising, planning etc - so the extra cost weighted up BUT of course it didn't & its been an absolutely appalling journey with no immediate end! HELP!!
Becky-Anne was quick to get the sale under her wing, the fitter did a great job - this was a huge relief BUT 2 days before he was due to finish we got the messaged the worktops had been delayed. Long story short the fitter never same back?! I begged, cried to the customer service team - we went to our local store manager for help, I'd had to leave the UK for business & my family were left with no tops & no running water - the escalated & escalated. Temp tops were eventually fitted even though the correct tops had now been delivered, no one was free to fit them!? They inconveniently hung around the house for months causing huge upheaval as one completely blocked the stairs!
Stuart is our customer liaison he is completely incompetent of his job, every time I call customer service I'm on hold for 20 mins, to then be told he's not available & will return my call immediately - he never does!
I literally don't know what to do next? We have outstanding feature wall panel, a drawer & some shelves - its a 2 hr job max! Yet I've called & mailed & nothing - no end.
Honestly save yourself the hassle, find your own fitter & head to Howden's, I certainly wish I had. The stress & hassle of chasing for updates & answers is unbearable.
3rd July apparently Wickes requested info from Trust Pilot - NOONES requested anything from me! 12 weeks & counting

We have been waiting almost a year for repair to our bathroom panels that Wickes install. The replacement panels arrived July 2023 and have been sitting in our garage ever since. We were assigned 2 different fitters on two separate occasions but who never showed up when arranged. We have been in contact numerous times and told that it is being looked into but we are still waiting. Having used Wickes in the past, and been very satisfied, I now would not recommend them to anyone. The way be have been treated is appalling. STILL WAITING
