Gavin was really helpful and located a price on a water butt, then was super efficient and quick at the till point.

Brilliant service, made it very easy to buy and even helped me load my van. Kenzie, Wayne and Dave the forklift driver were all super helpful.

Visited Gloucester store whilst in the area. I am a wheelchair user and as l approached the door to the store a member of staff greeted me and asked if he could assist me. I was looking for door fixtures and fittings and he promptly showed me to there location in store. Sorry I didn’t get his name but will do on my next visit.

I was happy to browse by myself and spent quite a time doing so as there was quite a choice. I was very happy with my purchases and on the way to the tills I found even more items I didn’t know I wanted. 😆😆

I must add that as a wheelchair user I could access all the areas I wanted in store with no blockages or bits and bobs on the floor. Very well done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using Wickes Gloucester for a while now. Seen a few good and bad staff come and go.
The last few times I’ve been in store 2 members of staff that have gone above and beyond have been Eileen and Kenzie. The level of service,help and guidance they have offered me and other customers I’ve witnessed has been amazing.
I’m so glad the times I’ve been in store they have been on hand to help and I haven’t had someone called Connor trying to help. The way I’ve seen him with customers and speak to them is appalling.

Just to make everyone aware I’m not friends, related or linked in anyway to Wickes Gloucester or the staff that I’ve named.

Wayne and Jack were very helpful when i had to return four brackets that did not fit my uprights. Many thanks to them they were great ambassadors for Wickes.

Kitchen design Consultant - Atul Patel, designed our new kitchen, he was polite, professional and courteous throughout the process, his design was spot on, we only needed to change a couple of minor things.

Couldn't find what I was looking for. Interrupted staff member, Wilbeck, who was restocking. He was very polite and helpful in finding what I wanted. He then went the extra mile in negotiating a discount on some damaged items that would also suit my needs. His customer service skills were first class. Thank you.

We recently purchased a Kitchen from Wickes at Gloucester. We dealt with Elliot Packham, the local Wickes kitchen advisor.
Elliott was really helpful when we were choosing our design and colour. We changed our minds several times about colour and cabinet / appliance positions . He helped us change designs etc over a period of a few weeks and we are now very pleased with the result. A lifestyle kitchen in sage green .
We had purchased our previous kitchen from Wickes about 30 years ago and hope that we will get similar service from the new one.

We visited today and couldn’t find what we were looking for so happened to stumble upon the Store Manager, Gavin who kindly pointed us in the right direction!

Please do not buy a bathroom and get it fitted by Wickes! We had ours fitted poorly 3 years ago, the shower is broken, the toilet has had to be fixed 3 times. The tiling is a disgusting, the grouting on the floor tiles has all come loose. The plumber who fitted it signed my name to say we were happy with it(Fraud)!! We have had 3 plumbers out who have all say it needs to be totally replaced. Wickes have sent numerous of people round over the past 3 years to have a look and take pictures, we are still no further forward!! Quick enough to take your money, but 3 years later and we are still waiting for them to put it right!! 😡😡😡

Excellent service from start to finish. We were looking to refresh our dated kitchen and visited Wickes in Gloucester to get some ideas. I had some idea of design & colour and was not disappointed by the range of both cabinets & appliances. We met with our design consultant, Atul Patel, who arranged a site visit. He arrived on time and measured up. We agreed on a date to go back to the store to discuss the design. This discussion took place over a decent coffee and we were impressed with the attention to detail, friendliness and understanding of our needs and requirements. We were delighted with the comprehensive printouts of items required and and a clear and concise costing. We came in on budget! Atul was a delight to work with, very professional and understanding. Our new Wickes kitchen is now installed, working and is better than imagined! Thank you.
