Shopped in store today. Yvonne was a massive help. Happy to give 5 stars.

We bought our amazing new kitchen from Wickes Grimsby store. Our kitchen design team (Chris and Emily) was patient and eager to make sure our kitchen was exactly as we wanted. When it was delivered, it was daunting due to the number of boxes received but Chris and Emily were always on hand to help and advise us from day one. I cannot thank them enough. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and now it is complete, looks amazing. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new kitchen look no further than Wickes

Went to wickes in Grimsby to buy gravel and topsoil and plants.having recently had surgery i was so lucky to have a staff member willing to help.
John was pleasant very cheerful and made my shopping experience 10 out of 10 loading numerous heavy bags onto the trolley and then into the car . He searched for a box to put the plants in and not once did he grumble grimace or tut .
Amazing service beats the other majororange retailer hands down for customer care.
John is an absolute credit to wickes an an excellent example of staff going the extra mile.many thanks John.

All the staff very helpful.the manager Emily went out of her way to solve a problem even though the part needed was not in stock.

Had the pleasure of having Chris from the Grimsby Store plan and design our new kitchen and utility room refurb in August 24.
From the first visit till the very last Chris went out his way to make sure we was happy and any questions where answered. We had our own fitter yet this didn't stop him from delivering first class customer service, nothing was ever too much and even when popping to the store for supplies he would approach us and talk to us about how it was all going and if we needed any help or advice.

I had a problem with an order that was mostly my fault was sorted out by kitchen Chris and Jamie at the Grimsby store.
It makes a refreshing change to deal with helpful staff who genuinely want to help. I would recommend this store to any one wanting building materials but especially to anyone wanting a kitchen.

Click and collect order. Easy to use web site to purchase goods. Quick response from Wickes about ordering status and when ready to collect. Collection simple at the store.

Hi, your sales assistant Jamie was really helpful today, I went into the store looking for 3x Sika grout in Deep Grey, he told me they were in stock, after showing me where to find them, we could only see one on display, he then proceeded to move 12 tubs of grout until he found the other 2, right at the back, and in the wrong location, a massive thank you from me Jamie

Service was exceptional. Awesome customer service which made my visit extremely smooth and simple. Emily was a fantastic help.

Went to Grimsby store to get some decorating advice. Spoke to Bill who was very helpful and courteous.

I have been ordering a lot of home deliveries from wickes in the last four weeks and the service has been excellent

Used to buy from B&Q but the service is dreadful online and in store!

I even went into wickes to purchase extra items between deliveries and member of staff was so helpful in picking my items from the store and putting my heavy items in the car!!

The delivery guys are so friendly and helpful too, you have updates on delivery times which are exactly when they say they will be so no waiting around and they deliver with care!
So glad I found this DIY store it will be my definite store preference to B&Q

We have been looking for a new kitchen for a while now, after an awful experience with another well known provider a friend suggested we try Wickes.

We attended the Grimsby store and spoke to Joanne Lofts who guided us through the process. We both work 9-5 so Joanne arranged to come and see us for a home visit after work to accommodate us both. Joanne quickly provided us with a floor plan and initial design, we asked for some changes and these were done and sent back to us within 24 hours.

We’ve been in store today and finalised the plan and we are over the moon!! Joanne has listened to exactly what we want and hasn’t forced us into expensive extras etc, she has been absolutely brilliant!

I cannot recommend Joanne Lofts at the Grimsby store enough, she’s gone above and beyond and designed our dream kitchen.

Yvonne who served me was really helpful and made sure my order was booked in for delivery the next day.

Visited Wickes for the first time in a number of years to buy a gate, which they had on stock. The service I received both by a person in the shoparea and by the person at the till area. The person at the till area was a person named Yvonne who very very helpful and answered the questions I asked. Yvonne arranged delivery whilst I was present. My experience was on that staff new about products and were respectful to customers. I will be going back to Wickes,Grimsby within the next 2 weeks. Highly recommend this Store

Great service and job knowledge from Joanne at the Grimsby store who planned my kitchen. Im a pretty competent DIYer but still hit a few issues during the fitting that Joanne patiently helped me with. She is very knowledgable about the products and always had a solution for me. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend her.

Just been served by Yvonne... unbelievable product knowledge and customer service.

Give this women a raise / bonus now, if not sooner.
