Went on the store to get a specific paint but I couldn't find it. I was really sad, but then I asked Nina for help and she was more than happy to help. She found that paint for me! She was kind, polite and extra helpful ❤️❤️❤️. Thank you Nina for all your support! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Really impressed by your kindness, patience, understanding and your positive energy!!❤️❤️❤️

Sal at Handsworth store was amazing. She was very kind and helped us place an online order, made sure that the delivery address was definitely correct and checked with the delivery section. She has gone out of her way to make sure that an excellent customer service was guaranteed. Her manager was very happy to hear our positive feedback an out Sal. If you are heading to the Handsworth store , please look out for Sal who has got a lovely smile. She’s definitely a great asset to your team . Thank you once again ❤️

Went to Handsworth Wickes and vansh was very helpful, he helped me with finding all the stuff I needed and was very patient with me thank you for all you support.

This experience was even better than 5 stars due to a staff member called Vansh who went over and beyond in helping me. I had a list of items given by my builder to buy in short notice, Vansh came over immediately, took the list and collected all of the items for us whilst pushing the heavy trolley within the store. He picked several heavy items with ease to ensure our safety. Vansh also loaded our car with the goods bought. I can't thank him enough - the care, kindness, service, product knowledge/location was excellent by Vansh.

Yes,I went to this store a colleague name vansh help me to write door handle for my kitchen door. He is really helpfull and happy man .

On a beautiful Hot 🔥 day it was lovely to be looked after by all the staff in Wickes,
the patience with helping me find the things I needed to go into the counter and being served by lovely young lady with an amazing smile called Nat! who then help me by asking Vansh to help me load my car up with all the heavy stuff I’ve had.
That was a lovely experience for me because I couldn’t have managed to put the stuff I purchased into the car by myself.

Manny was very helpful in finding the right materials for what I needed. Great customer service.

Went in to get a few bits for a renovation project. A lovely girl called Natalie was so helpful and understanding. She pointed me in the right direction but unfortunately they didnt have a pink hammer. Excellent service will defo come back again.

My experience was fantastic the staff members Sal & bal helped a lot by redirecting me to the places that I needed my supplies from and they were also very kind in general the store has an amazing layout and it easy to find most things.

My experience was great, sal & bal helped a lot and knew exactly where to direct us when we were for looking for supplies the store itself has everything well organised.

Went to collect an order of 6 bags of compost. The member of staff Manny helped to load the bags onto a trolley and helped load the bags into the car for us. Very helpful and great service.
