Wickes - Lincoln Reviews 

I recently had my main bathroom and en-suite designed by Wickes, and the 5-star service we received was exceptional, thanks to the designer, Carl Price.

Carl arrived for my home visit promptly and was incredibly patient, talking me through every step of the process with clarity and expertise. He offered brilliant advice to help me shape my ideas and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

He really listened to what I wanted and helped conjure up the perfect designs for both rooms. The fact that I went from a home visit in the morning to a finalised design in the showroom that very same afternoon was nothing short of incredible. I couldn't be happier with the service and the final plans. Thank you, Carl!

We have ordered a kitchen from Wickes after looking at other kitchen suppliers in our region of Lincolnshire. We were helped by Carl Price who was extremely knowledgable and came up with many design ideas that we would not have thought of ourselves. We would like to thank Carl for his time and help and for being so courteous thoughout our visits with him, both at home and at the Lincoln store.

I approached Wickes to purchase a new kitchen having looked at a few different places online. Their range of kitchen designs, appliances and optional extras was great and it was easy to book a design appointment. Rob, my kitchen designer, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I've never bought anything like this before and didn't have a clue what I was doing. Rob instantly put me at ease, explaining everything I needed to know and gave me a tour of the showroom. Patient doesn't even begin to describe this man's character! No change or tweak or question was too much trouble for him and he indulged my indecisiveness! He created a perfect design for my kitchen and had the 3D visual for it ready in no time. Rob explained all the finance options and I never, at any point, felt pressured which was quite refreshing compared to a lot of companies. I would highly recommend Wickes (and Rob!) if you are looking for a new kitchen.

My review is purely on my home visit from Ashey. She arrived at my door with a big smile & was very friendly from the get go.
Full of information, Ashly answered all of my questions however big or small.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with her.

This was my second visit to the Lincoln store within a couple of days,on the first visit I asked advice about solid wood flooring and a very helpful young man called Liam assisted me. I returned today to place the order and asked for him by name as instructed on the previous visit. I cannot fault his service he was polite knowledgeable and extremely helpful and also sorted out the trade discount.I plan on using the store for future purchases and will not hesitate in making a positive recommendation to anyone. Thank you.

From the moment we met Carl price we felt firstly so at ease and welcomed , he guided us though our vision to the point I felt like he was in our heads, nothing was to much trouble and helped us with our vision , his enthusiasm in our dream and the ease in which he guided us though everything was amazing he’s a very lovely person I actually took some of his cards to give to people as we would not deal with anyone else, are experience was friendly comfortable and relaxed.

Harry was extremely helpful in getting the bags of bark chipping’s into my car. This was a few days ago, but I mislaid the card I was given. He was very pleasant and friendly a very good ambassador for your company . Thank you Jacqui

2nd time of writing a good review within about the space of a month, for the customer service received from the Lincoln branch.

I had ordered two items for delivery, and was called the day before, to say they didn't have one of them in stock in Lincoln.

But I was told not to worry, and that I'd get my items on the day I requested, just in seperate deliveries.

Communication = the key to everything. Thank you Wickes.

We have just had our kitchen designed by Wickes. Carl Price who dealt with us, helped with our ideas for our kitchen, designed what we were looking for has been amazing from start to finish. A true gentleman, informative, helpful, funny and honest.

We met with Carl Price, Design Consultant at Lincoln today about our new ensuite bathroom. Carl visited us at home earlier in the week to see our problem ensuite, listening to our concerns and taking into consideration the safety issues. We were very impressed with how much time was spent with us but also the professional and determined effort that was put into the project to solve the issues. Today we were offered help choosing a final colour scheme and everything came together perfectly enabling us to place our order and look forward to a beautiful new bathroom. Thank you Carl for going above and beyond expectations with professionalism and friendliness, a great service and we look forward to the next steps!

What an exceptional Operations Manager the Lincoln store has in Glenn.

In a visit there earlier this week to buy simple decorating items I started talking to him about the performing stage I was thinking building. He went out of his way to help me and offered advice on how I might build one in a simpler way and at a much lower overall cost.

He promised to phone me once the materials I needed were in and sure enough the next day before noon, he was in touch.

I would like to see Glenn recognised for exceptional customer service. If you could bottle and model his friendly style and professional approach across the whole of the company, you would have people queuing up to leave as positive a review as this.

Thank you SO much to the team at Wickes Lincoln. We’re currently doing a huge Reno locally and these guys have been so so helpful. A special shout out to Harry who has been AMAZING and can’t help us enough .. but Rowan and Steve have also been so friendly and given 10/10 customer service.

The guy who designed our bathroom was polite, friendly and respectful to our needs. He helped us with the start, designed our perfect bathroom and it is a stunning design and I truly think that was MJ Smit idea he knew exactly what we wanted he’s a fantastic designer 5* service recommend to all.
He is a great asset to your company thank you so very much for making our dream bathroom come true.
