A massive thank you to Elaine who served me today (on her birthday!!!). I provided her with a serious challenge ordering a large of gravel which needed dividing up the order which she did with consummate ease only for me to then show her my trade account card meaning that she had to go through whole process again for which l was extremely embarrassed!!!!! Without hesitation and with a massive smile she went through the whole process again. This review is for the service that I received on 21 and 22/4/26
The staff that dealt with my enquiries that originated initially from an order online ( which after ordering became out of stock) were exceptionally helpful. They phoned me and kept me updated on everything from both these dates. They were friendly, courteous and to be quite frank , couldn't do enough for me. Swiftly arranged for my click and collect.
I'm sorry but I can't remember the lady that spoke to me on the 21 st ,but on the 22nd Ben and Desiree helped me too. Thank you all 3 of you. And thank you Wicks for your product, price and wonderfully trained staff, and customer service 🙂

The staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble .

Garry and another colleague were so helpful. They found me a trolley, then helped me find and put the items on, and made sure I could get it to my car as was struggling due to a foot injury. Great service.

Ryan, the kitchen designer at Wickes Long Eaton, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

From my very first appointment, Ryan took the time to really listen to what I wanted, understand how I use my kitchen day-to-day, and offer ideas that I hadn’t even considered. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough when walking us through the design options, layouts, and finishes, making sure everything suited both my space and my budget.

What really stood out was Ryan’s attention to detail and his commitment to getting everything just right. He was always quick to respond to questions, happy to make adjustments to the plan, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Nothing ever felt rushed, and we always felt confident that we were in safe hands.

The final design was exactly what I hoped for — practical, stylish, and perfectly tailored to my home. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the service Ryan provided throughout.

I would highly recommend Ryan at Wickes Long Eaton to anyone planning a new kitchen. His professionalism, creativity, and customer care made all the difference.

Neill designed my kitchen,and from start to finish it was an amazing experience. From the little quirks and changes I asked for to the finished product, nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend

In the kitchen and bathroom showroom was great. My son and I went in late evening and even though the shop was shutting Ryan helped us to the end and didn’t rush us along. I emailed him the next day and he provided the quote as discussed the previous evening. I then went along today (Good Friday) to order and pay for the goods and again Ryan was really helpful and gave me the best price.

Elaine was amazing. Helped me choose my fence stain, giving advice on colours. Was just what I needed to stop me buying the same old and go for something new. Smiley, friendly and genuinely cared. Even asked me to show her a piccy when it was done. You can't beat good old fashioned customer service. Thanks Elaine

We went into Wickes Long Eaton today and wanted to purchase a cloakroom sink unit which was on display. None in stock and we were advised by the lady on the tills to see the design consultant upstairs. Luckily Nick had become available and not only ordered the unit to be delivered but then took us to select the accessories and a toilet - excellent service.

We had a great experience with Nick Driscoll yesterday, who helped bring our ideas to life! Big thank you to Nick and Wickes for coming along for the ride as we reno our kitchen/bathroom!

Our experience with Neil Stevens was great from start to finish. We have a small kitchen but he managed to get a lovely design. All questions and queries was dealt with promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend. Love our new kitchen and appliances.
