Helpful staff
Visited my local store today and needed help with a few things . Was helped very kindly by Jim , making sure I had everything I needed . He also noticed I’d picked up 2 different architraves so he made sure they were the same . As an NHS worker he kindly gave me a little discount , which was gratefully received.
As I left he wished me a good evening and to take care .
What a lovely member of staff .
If I return to your store I will look out for him if I need any help .

I had the pleasure of meeting Abbie at Wickes Maidstone. She was so professional and very knowledgeable and all my requests were done within the week and the process was an enjoyable experience. I am looking forward to having my new kitchen installed in January and I was very impressed with her and how easy it was to order the kitchen I wanted, and how easy the process was to update anything I required. The store and the design team are all lovely with all the choices you have with styles colours prices and finance.

I went to Wickes to buy 3 bags of compost. Did not realise that they would be so heavy I managed to pull them onto the trolley but knew thst I would nit be able to lift them into my car. At the checkout I asked the cashier Jim if there was anyone that could help me. He called a female member of staff to cover the till and he helped me out the compost. Thank you Jim

Great service
Was buying a few products for home and was served by Jim. He gave us advice on paint, made a refund hassle free and sorted out our customer parking as we went over the time limit. Very friendly staff in general.
