I can honestly say, that I am in Wickes Martlesham at least 4 times a week for various items. The staff are friendly and helpful, I would especially single out Becky who is always cheerful and up for a banter if time and customers allow. Well done to a great team

Went to Wickes to buy some sand for some block paving. Served by the most welcoming assistant Gemma. Gemma was helpful and happy, it was almost a pleasure to part with my cash 😊! No more B&Q for me, it will always be Wickes whilst they continue to employ such excellent staff.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. From start to finish we have received a professional service. Firstly thanks to Shanel our design consultant for her help and guidance in not only planning but with a follow up visit after the work was completed.
Secondly to Steve our Wickes fitter who was reliable and worked really hard.
Wickes also provide a dedicated customer service but the few minor problems we had were resolved quickly between Steve and the Martlesham store.

Great staff at this well stocked Martlesham Wickes.
Gemma is particularly jolly and helpful.

I am a regular at Wickes Martlesham and I think without exception the staff cannot be faulted - they are jolly without being overly casual eg "enjoy your afternoon mixing 80kgs of readymix ! ".
Today I was signed up Wickes Trade Pro which I have fended off for years. Becky@Martlesham was on the counter and a great ambassador for the business.

Whoever does the hiring for Wickes Martlesham is doing a great job. Staff are so friendly. Becky was great yesterday, prompting this review, but really they are all terrific. I have Toolstation, Screwfix and B&Q all on the doorstep but will always choose Wickes first!

I was looked after by Becky @ Marrtlesham, she was very attentive, very helpful and really knowledgeable. nothing was too much trouble. Becky went above and beyond to help, first class customer service, thank you so much for your help and advice, a real credit to Wickes

Im thrilled with my new kitchen and recommend Darrell Langridge who designed it at Wicks. Its astonishing how he designed it to have so much cupboard and drawer space and a tall larder, yet the finished kitchen seems more spacious than before. The quartz surface and quartz breakfast bar is beautiful. The kitchen is stunning. Thanks so much.

I popped into Wickes this afternoon to pick up a large tub of Fence paint - at only £12 it was a bargin! At the till was an energetic lady (Gemma) who was serving a woman who have a young child with her. Gemma was lovely to the child had a chat and offer them a sweet out of box she had. I thought how lovely !! I was next and Gemma was very pleasant asked me if I got every think I needed and was very engaging, I remarked how nice she was to the previous customer and even offered me a sweet - which I enjoyed. I just wanted to put on record how great my experience was today but more important how excellent Gemma was - well done !

I have the nomination for Employee of the Month and it's only 2nd April!
Needed a replacement part for a shower head rail, the question is will it fit when I get home?
Needn't have worried - Becky's product knowledge and attention to detail ensured not only did I have the correct item but she saved me some money as well.
All done with genuine enthusiasm and a smile.

Brilliant experience at Wickes this morning, all down to Becky@Martlesham, who sorted out some colour match paint for us with the friendliest,most helpful demeanor we could have asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, and she put a smile on our faces in the process!

Just popped in quickly to grab something id forgotten. Becky on the desk asked if I had a trade account which I didn't then proceeded to sign me up. Very friendly and very professional, it was nice to meet a member of staff who was helpful and friendly.

We had Becky serve us at the Martlesham Ipswich Branch and she couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The world needs more Becky’s.. a credit to the Wickes Team!
