Helpful employees. Well set out store so easy to select required items.
In particular the lady who was working in the Paint aisles who was both very helpful and friendly. And the lady working on the payment desk ( Becky). Both and indeed everyone who was present on that day could not have acted in a more professional and helpful manner. Thank you so much.

Darren from the marlesham branch was fantastic!! We had no idea about what we needed for internal doors and guided us through so patiently through our large order He is an asset to your store, as a retail manager myself for over 30 years it's fabulous to still see this standard of service.

Today I was served by Matt Snowdon, most charming & helpful lad. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very knowledgeable on all the paint’s which I was buying. He took all my paint to my car for me.

Fantastic staff especially becky

Major commercial refit in Ipswich which required 2 new kitchens and 4 staff bathrooms. Having dealt with Shanel for my previous new bathrooms for my home, I knew I didn't want anyone else to help us with this project. Shanel was so good at designing the layout and took on board everything we said we wanted. All ordered and delivered, they even set us up a business account so that we could pay by invoice. Superb service as always and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thanks Shanel. 5 *****

Visited this store for the first time. Couldn’t find the item I wanted so went to the check out. Spoke to Becky and Darren who couldn’t have been more helpful. Darren took us to the item we were looking for and checked they were right for us. He then showed us other items we were looking at. We really appreciate the friendly and cheerful help we receive from both Becky and Darren.

Gemma at Martlesham always makes you feel a little better no matter how difficult things are in your life, she is the warmest and friendliest person I have ever met in a shop!

I usually by pass Wickes martlesham on my way to B&Q but yesterday I couldn't be bothered with the xtra time involved and popped into wicks and so pleased I did, the choice of products and quality I wasn't expecting and the staff were amazing, especially a young lady name of Becky, her product knowledge and patience and understanding was second to none, she is a very kind, caring young lady and in my opinion a true asset to the martlesham branch and to the wicks company as a whole,she made me feel a valuable customer in the store which is very rare these day's,I can't praise Becky and the other members of the Martlesham branch highly enough, I will definitely be using this branch on a regular basis from now on and will definitely share my experience with family and friends, thank you Becky so much.👍👏👏👏

Very good help and advice from Darrell Langridge at Martlesham Heath Ipswich branch. Delivery was efficient and on time.

Went to collect shelving on behalf of Ipswich Hygiene Bank and was greeted with a friendly face, they knew instantly what I was referring to and the location of the item. We were allocated Shanel to redesign our kitchen and utility room. She was friendly, professional and always welcomed us with a coffee for our appointments. When she first visited us to measure up she was able to suggest options taking into account our overall vision for the major project which included removal of a structural wall. Throughout the project she was keen to check on how it was progressing, visiting us on several occasions and offering advice on items we were unsure about.
Shanel recommended Adam of Orca Projects to manage the whole project who was an ideal match for us, with his professionalism and attention to detail. His whole team were hardworking, trustworthy, professional and considerate. We were so lucky to have Shanel, Adam and his team with us from start to finish creating our dream kitchen which has totally transformed our day to day lifestyle.
