The biggest thank you to Yasmin at the Martlesham store for assisting me in which paint would be best for my bathroom. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to explain the products to me. A credit to the store! I will always revisit this particular store in future now!

Very good help and advice from Darrell Langridge at Martlesham Heath Ipswich branch. Delivery was efficient and on time.

Went to collect shelving on behalf of Ipswich Hygiene Bank and was greeted with a friendly face, they knew instantly what I was referring to and the location of the item. Participated in photos for our social media and theirs, couldn't have been easier. Thank you so much Wickes Martlesham for your kindness, helping the hygiene bank initiative.

Popped into Wickes during the recent cold snap looking for waterproof thermal gloves and couldn’t fault the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quickly pointed me in the right direction.

We were allocated Shanel to redesign our kitchen and utility room. She was friendly, professional and always welcomed us with a coffee for our appointments. When she first visited us to measure up she was able to suggest options taking into account our overall vision for the major project which included removal of a structural wall. Throughout the project she was keen to check on how it was progressing, visiting us on several occasions and offering advice on items we were unsure about.
Shanel recommended Adam of Orca Projects to manage the whole project who was an ideal match for us, with his professionalism and attention to detail. His whole team were hardworking, trustworthy, professional and considerate. We were so lucky to have Shanel, Adam and his team with us from start to finish creating our dream kitchen which has totally transformed our day to day lifestyle.

On visiting wicks. I knew what I wanted . But spotted some reduced items that would be handy.
When I got to the till I was encouraged to open a trade account which I had always put off. But becky made it pleasant and easy.

Walked into Wickes feeling really ‘meh’ after a shite day at work. Gemma see me and we ended up having a bit of banter. Left the store feeling great!

Sales assistant Gemma was brilliant. I needed some string of a specific type and Gemma enthusiastically showed me around the store to see all available options. Ironically I'd gone to Screwfix to find what I wanted was out of stock so dropped in to Wickes Martlesham and glad I did. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Thank you.
