Wickes - Oxford Reviews 

I recently refurbished my bathroom with the help of Melissa Hartle. She is an excellent designer. She was very helpful, thorough, and patient, taking the time to show me all the options so I could make the best choice for the room design.

The designer (Caitlin at the Oxford store) was brilliant, knows her stuff, walked us through the prospective kitchen design and the ordering process competently, as well as being on the right of side of can-do! Even though I wasn't able to proceed with Wickes on that occasion, the design service rendered was first-rate and I would hope to be a Wickes customer when my next major home improvement project comes around.

My experience at meeting with Melissa was very positive and friendly and helpful in looking to have a new kitchen design prepared.I would recommend her to all my friends who are planning to have a new kitchen design prepared.

I don't do reviews as I don't have time however today I wanted to shout out to DJ (at least I think that's what his badge said) who was incredibly helpful. Have been looking to revamp my home so I had many questions and he assisted with them. I left with brochures and information and I also brought a tape measure as mine was my dads and its a bit on the rusty side! Not often I am impressed. Well done DJ. Please make sure he is recognised.

The server, Kristy, in Oxford was upbeat and helpful. I could here that she wasn’t like that just with me but also with the customers before me.

Great staff all round. Especially in the showroom. Thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly.

she is very swift in her replies. We are looking forward to enjoying our new kitchen.

When I needed help finding some specific tools for a home project, Jason didn't hesitate to assist me. Not only did he point me in the right direction, but he also offered helpful advice on what products would work best for my situation. This level of expertise and genuine willingness to help is something I greatly appreciate. I look forward to returning to the store for my next project!

This will be our third bathroom designed and ordered through Wickes Oxford. Always very professional and offer great advice and suggestions. We had an appointment with Melissa this time, she spent alot of time showing us around the showroom and helping us choose and design our bathroom. Thanks Melissa! This is our last bathroom BTW!!

I did my bathroom with wickes and I have done previously bathroom and kitchen with wickes with Chris doughty he did my kitchen and two bathroom he is truly kind and helpful always keen to help customer and he goes beyond to help customer I am very grateful to him and I will recommend anyone need kitchen or bathroom been design to ask for Chris Doughty he is the best designer in Oxford

It’s so helpful to find a company and a lovely designer (Caitlin) who will take you through the whole process start to finish, beginning with a home visit.

The professionalism of Melissa was fantastic. At no point did I feel I was dealing with a sales person. She was knowledgeable, creative and a great designer. I trusted her opinion if I needed some help with choices of what would work best. The process Wickes use where from start to finish the customer is dealing with one person only (from the point of measuring to a design consultation) is far superior to their competitors, by coming to the home, with samples, I was able to see the cupboards in the light of my own kitchen rather than the showroom, competitors don’t do this and in fact charge you for samples, shocking when you are potentially spending £10k upwards with them! I would def recommend Wickes and particularly Melissa

Paula Edwards (Oxford Wickes) was brilliant, she explained all we needed to know on which bathroom items best suited our needs and the design was great. We went through the ordering / installation / and T&C she made everything clear and is an excellent member of the team - very professional

I came into the wickes store in Oxford on Monday the 24/06/2024 as I’m decorating my new house me and my partner have recently just purchased, It needed a lot work doing I asked at the checkout if anyone could help me with what I’d need and DJ kindly took his time to help and give great advice and what products I’d need also explained how to do it.

Delivery due fri then told sat and now turned up Monday with the main parts missing paying builders 500 a day to do nothing even was told to hire a van and take it myself went to store today it was still on the shelf after being promised by the delivery manager sat it would all be here Monday morning disgusting services Dylan cnt find the message I’m afraid please email
