We were served by Gillian and she was friendly and professional, explaining exactly what we were getting. She was also very efficient getting our purchase out to the store very quickly.

This is our 3rd kitchen from wickes over 20 years and once again an excellent kitchen along with excellent service especially from Neil on design. Great communication at all times. Thank you jayne

Ordered a new kitchen delivery was fine, builder, plasterer and electrician all great apart from I didn't get a bill with a breakdown for extra work done. Several problems with the order wrong colour plinths, extractor fan didn't fit in cupboard designer came round and told fitter to put two pieces of wood behind cabinet and he would send a new and panel I asked could nothing else be done he no and seemed more concerned that he would have to stand the costs. I would have expected him to know that the extractor was not suitable for cupboard? I was also sold four lengths of splashback which I was advised this was far to much, in the end I didn't use and returned to Wickes, customer service said they don't normally give refunds but after all the issues I had they did refund.I had quartz worktop and upstands which looked perfect when I signed them off but there's a small gap at the back of hob I assume due to the weight of the hob.
A little disappointed in the reply from Wickes in my opinion the issues were more than hiccups!!!
It is now 8th July and Wickes have now said the problem with the upstands/ worktops is not covered on the warranty and It would be up to me to fix the problem by adjusting the leg's on the unit and reseal myself? I used their fitters and specialists stone company who fit the upstands/worktops.

Always staff members available to show you where things are ,very very friendly staff and specially Gill on counter , what a wonderful lady to be served by on a sat morning . Full of energy , smiling .

Had to make a few trips and Gillian in particular was a fountain of knowledge and helped me with some expert advice in selection of my purchases

Wickes is the place I go to first if I need anything . They are very helpfull and good prices on items. "Priceman' and "Gillion" are very nice members of staff.

We would just like to thank Ray at the Preston store for such a wonderful customer service. Ray designed our dream kitchen; after being told by other kitchen designers that what we wanted wasn’t possible (due to measurements, space constraints), he was able to make this work without compromising on quality. Ray was really attentive and understanding of our design taste, style and the vibe we were wanting to achieve, incorporating this throughout the whole process. Really informative and helpful with good salesmanship, without being overly pushy and pressuring like most!

Would highly recommend!

I made an appointment online for the day after to have a ensuite designed. We met with Neil after having a bathroom designed from a different supplier. We sat down for just over an hour and designed a ensuite that was to our style. He gave us options on what would look better with different items in the bathroom and took us around the showroom showing us some inspirations and ideas. He was very experienced and the process was very smooth. We are awaiting the installer getting in touch and are eagerly awaiting our new bathroom. We were also able to get 20% of the install which is a bonus.

I recently had an en suite refit and used a coordinator called Kimberley at the Preston branch. She did a home visit and went through the whole ordering process. She was extremely professional and knowledgable and was quick to email back with any questions I had. Cannot praise her enough. The products by Wickes were of a very high standard.

Kimberley also chose the plumbing company, D-Tiled Bathrooms, led by Daniel, for my project.

Daniel and his team were extremely professional, hardworking plumbers of the highest standard.
The workmanship was second to none and would highly recommend to anyone.

Today, I went to Wickes to buy a pipe for the bathroom. I spent about 15 minutes searching but couldn’t find what I needed. A member of staff there, Bev, assisted me and was incredibly attentive—she was absolutely lovely and so polite."

Wickes Preston, called into store and asked a young man for help, he wasn’t very interested and sent me on a goose chase around the store. I spotted Gillian and she went above and beyond. She asked exactly what was required and went with me to the correct aisle and sorted out exactly what I needed. Thanks again gillian you were a great help, you’ll remember the young man I spoke with who wasn’t interested only interested in chatting to his colleague about going to a party!!!!
