Recently purchased a new kitchen and appliances from Wickes. Staff were on hand to show me the products the designers had in mind and found a cost effective options for me.
Happy with the final result now it has all been fitted. Would highly recommend

Nick helped me with paint advice he was so helpful attentive and knowledgeable assisting me with my choice and Dorota on the checkout was so polite and friendly will definitely be visiting again

Easy process from Sophie design consultant at Scunthorpe designing our new bathroom to ordering, delivering and a friend installing it , all ran smoothly and we were kept informed throughout the whole process we are very pleased with how it looks.

I recently purchased a couple of bits for my decorating,I was struggling to find a couple of items,I was helped by a very kind young lady called Carolina,she showed me where to find the items I required and gave me some great advice, Thankyou for all her help,I was truly grateful.

Delivered to Wicks at Scunthorpe this morning, and even tho he was having a very busy day, Euan was all smiles and seemed very happy in his job. Too many places I deliver to, the staff seem unfriendly, unhelpful and come across as really not wanting to be there. So what a fantastic guy, credit where it's due. Tipped the trailer smiling all the way 😃

In the Scunthorpe branch I wanted info on flooring. Euan could not have been more helpful. A charming, patient man who helped me understand differences in types of flooring available for my new kitchen. Thank you

Really pleased with the service . Designed bathroom for a good price and included everything we imagined . Sophie from the team came out quickly and measured up and not felt pressured at all

We used Wickes to renovate our en-suite. Sophie did an excellent job perfecting our vision and Liam was able to ensure the finished product exceeded our expectations. However A few of our parts were delivered broke to which the delivery guy refused to return, plus the replacement was also broken in transit but in store they were very understanding and dealt with this promptly. The products exceeded our expectations and were of a high standard. Overall we will consider returning to Wickes for future renovations.

Had a great experience with Wickes Scunthorpe fitting a new bathroom. Both Sophie the design consultant and Mike the fitter were excellent. A couple of small problems came up during the build, but were handled quickly by them, leaving us a fantastic new bathroom. Mike left the house perfectly clean each day and did a great job fitting, to be honest I’m not sure how he got it done so quickly. Would absolutely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Wicks. We were having some walls but Sophie came out to measure before hand taking this into consideration and then came out after they were out to make sure she had them correct. From the design appointment to the finished kitchen it was an actual pleasure and nothing was too much trouble even adding some bits in after it was finalised. I also had to push back delivery the day before it was due because we was having some problems with the floor and they were so good about it.
The fitters were fantastic and I could not recommend them enough, very polite, professional and efficient. They even helped us out by quoting the flooring and fitting us in to fit after the kitchen was fitted as they could see I was getting a bit stressed so that the kitchen was all finished and ready for our family to use how I'd imagined it.

We moved into a very undecorated bungalow needing updating. We had an appointment with Wickes were we first met James Spikings our designer.
I have to say he has the patience of a saint and great imagination. We met him 3 times and altered units,colour and threw in a bit of bespoke but he just dealt with it with a smile.when the kitchen went in he came round to take pictures.
