Lindsay sat with us for hours in store to help design our kitchen.
She was absolutely fantastic! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to go see Lindsay.

The customer service Community contact person was very helpful professional and kind.

Personal help within the store for a older woman with disabilities. Phil provided a comfy chair whilst he cheerfully raced round the store for me, picking up multiple items and then guiding me to the till. He even advised me about public transport on leaving the store!

The Sheffield North Wickes has been incredibly kind in donating a range of guttering, tarpaulins and hooks to our school. The donated items will be used to develop creative play opportunities during the children's free time.

Our contact, Michael Rawson, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend this scheme to other schools who are also looking for ideas to develop their outdoor creative play.

With customer service being a thing of the past in a lot of companies. When I receive excellent customer service I feel it needs to be acknowledged.
Having spent over 20 yrs in mhall with a gold award I look for all the qualities I had to work to.
When I entered the store I didn’t know where to find what I was looking for.
I approached a guy who was merchandising when I spoke he instantly left what he was doing, listened to my request and took me directly to what I was after. Talked about the product, showed me options and alternatives even tried to show me the end result of the colour I was looking at. Advised me when asked on my blue light as i’m now NHS
He said if he could be of any more help please ask.

I later went outside to look at pebbles & stones.
The item I wanted was not available so returning to till I bumped into the same guy who was on his way to do something else.
Again he stopped listened and got straight on line to tell me they had plenty in store. He then offered to get me a trolley and go to warehouse & fetched. Taking me to the till he stayed with me and took to my car. I explained i’d had a heart attack and he suggested I get help once home.

In store visit 2 Rutland Road Sheffield

Lost my Wickes gift card last week in the car park as I was putting my supplies in the boot. Got home and called the team at Rutland Road. Mike was extremely helpful in contacting the card company to see if he could block it and transfer to a new card. Unfortunately though, someone had already found it and went all the way to Wickes in Leeds to spend the £128 which was on there! Mike was kind enough to follow this up with the card company all through the week to try and help. In the end, store manager Lindsay was extremely kind enough to offer me a gift card with £50 on it. A very kind gesture which was greatly appreciated. Thank you team Wickes Sheffield. I’ve shopped with you for years and all the team there are extremely helpful.

The Wickes Community Programme at the Sheffield North branch of Wickes donated timber and postcrete to our allotment society today. Mike Rawson, who manages the programme at the branch, was super helpful. A few more items to beg steal or borrow (just kidding) and we'll be ready to build the shelter we need to hold our meetings in. We're so grateful. Thanks Wickes!

Amazing experience with Mike in store today. We had a delivery issues previously and Mike helped us exchange and collect our products with ease.

I visited the store today and had a few queries in relation to my bathroom renovation. Tiles spotlights doors and Mike was really helpful absolute star and should be employee of the month as with humour and friendless made my day and experience less traumatic than it can be thank you Mike

I took a friend of mine to wicks to look at the kitchens we called into the Rutand rd Sheffield North branch a gent by the name of Phil came to talk to us he was brilliant so pleasant and so patient explaining everything to my friend. Nothing was too much trouble showing her dozens of different options and talking to her about the options open to her all about the Free design service. The Wickes team at Sheffield North helped us by providing much needed free materials for our Allotment Site community project. They have quite literally provided the foundations that will enable us to complete our build. Mike and the Wickes staff were so helpful. Its brilliant to see organisations helping with local initiatives that benefit the community. A big thank you to you all.

I am disabled, my car broke down at 07:28 on my way to work, I managed to get into Wickes Car Park in order to be off the road. I immediately went inside and spoke to Julie to explain I had rang RAC Recovery. Julie went above & beyond to assist me and even brought me a coffee and biscuits 3 hours later and told me I could use the toilet if needed. In total I was stranded for just over 6 hours but I feel that Julie needs recognition for her empathy and assistance. Well done Julie, you made my bad experience with RAC more bearable with your kindness. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t be happier with our fantastic kitchen design by Louis! He was beyond helpful and patient ensuring everything was perfect and just what we wanted and needed. Fantastic customer service throughout - even our dog Puddles was taken care of!

A big thank you to Michael & the Team at Sheffield North, Woodthopre Youth Club are doing a project in the local community, the young people decided they wanted to build some planters and give them to a local school or nursing home. Michael & the Team have kindly donated some wood and screws to help make this possible, its great to see a company like Wickes supporting and giving back to their local communities

I'm very pleased with my new kitchen from Wickes. From initial design, to refinement, to installation, I have been very impressed with the service I have received. Sandy is an excellent design consultant, able to answer all of my questions and understand my vision perfectly. The Customer Service Centre was also really helpful and fully resolved any issues quickly. My installers were fantastic. They had great attention to detail and are clearly very talented at what they do. My kitchen is exactly how I wanted it; the quality and look meet, if not surpass, my expectations. Although the project did come out over budget, there is nothing I would change about it and I'm very happy.

Wow BEST DIY shop in Sheffield, just got a bargain on a brand new oven off Mike, to replace my old oven of 15 years that I got off Mike, for your DIY , building stuff ,kitchens and tiles use WICKES ,NO 1 in Sheffield for the TRADE and DIY , THANKS AGAIN

Julie at Sheffield north Wickes was extremely helpful in making sure I was able to take advantage of the free battery with Bosch tools offer when the battery was not is stock.
