Paint Samples
Popped in to the store on Tuesday for some paint samples and was assisted by the very knowledgeable Jenna. She explained the different finishes of paint and prices for each tin size. A very polite and efficient young lady.

Great customer service
I was served by Tracy, who went above and beyond to go outside into the closed Garden area to retrieve the items I needed, so that I didn't have to wait around or come back on another occasion. Thank you Tracy!

Went to the branch at Baildon
Went to the branch at Baildon, Shipley was in need of 10 tins of fence paint but only had 3 in stock so asked at the till point if they could source more for me Anna on the till explained about click and collect but I needed it that day so she looked to see if any other store has any in stock she found some at the Halifax store so she requested that they do click and collect from there bit of a drive but needs must when I arrived at Halifax it was on a trolley ready to go and one of the guys even helped me to the car with it, supper service at both ends

Great Customer Service and Products
I visited my local store, Wickes Shipley and I have to say, the customer service from manager Amar was fantastic. He made the process of returning part of an online order easy and then helped me out with another item. He genuinely made me feel VIP!

Tracy at the Shipley, West Yorkshire branch sorted my refund out after purchasing online.
