A big thank you to Deepak for his advice and designs for our bathroom which use the small space efficiently and look great too. He was very patient when we visited the store and showed us lots of options to customise. He also went the extra mile to update our order on his day off so we could book the delivery in time for the work to start. I highly recommend Deepak to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

We had a great experience with Deepak in the Stirchley store, his knowledge and manor was excellent, clear communication and understanding, would highly recommend him if wanting a kitchen designing.

Went to wickes for a new kitchen deepak our advisor was absolutly fab new what he was on about then when he came to our home to asses he talked us thru all the plans and sizes to make best use of my space and fit in what I required

We had a great experience with Deepak Chauhan who helped us with the design of our bathroom and choice of fittings. He listened to our requirements and with his in-depth knowledge he designed us a new bathroom that we will be proud to show our guests.

I needed a new kitchen, i booked an appointment Deepak came round and done the measurements and then went on to design a new kitchen.
Deepak was such a wonderful individual who was extremely helpful and very experienced,nothing was too much trouble for him.
Together we came up with a kitchen design which is very practical and also affordable.
I would highly recommend the service provided by this outlet.

Me and my husband bought the kitchen unit from wicked. The experience we got was 10/10. Everyone in the store were so much helpful. Starting from the female store manager to everyone.
Our greatest gratitude is to our kitchen planner Julie Lovell. She went up and beyond to make our lives as stressful as possible free as possible. From day one when we gave her our kitchen dimensions.
She was kind attentive and willing to help. She designed our kitchen with so much love and precision it is unbelievable.
Each time we had questions and queries she was there all the way. Now we look at our kitchen with joy and pride. Thank s to this remarkable lady who does her work with diligence Julie Lovell.

Dave D was welcoming and open to help me navigate the flooring section! I am new to the measurements and differences in styles and he helped me pick the right flooring for my budget! One of the most helpful staff I have met so far and I will be back to the paints next.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m so impressed with the quality of service that a member of staff continually provides at the Stirchley branch. I’m a regular customer and I have to say he is always friendly respectful and goes out of his way to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Amazing service from Omran from the Stirchley store, really helpful. Store manager Jon was a great help too would shop again!

I was yesterday to Stirchley to check Plywood and OSB. The security guard told me there were just 10 minutes lest, it was decent and I had enough time.

After I finished looking at all options the same security lad came to me and said "Chap!, is over!".

I felt absolutely offended by the guy. I'm 51 years this week and the lad looked in his 30 maximum. I told him that it was very disrespectful to address an older person like this, it was extremely rude, not only like a person but also addressing this to a customer. He didn't apologise but he kept his determination.

I just ignored him and left the shop, I hope to never return again. If security agents pick-up on customers on their whim, I doubt those businesses can thrive.

Julie Lovell made some great suggestions which I've incorporated into my design. She also included my trade discount and boxing day discounts. Thanks Julie.

Seriously shouldn’t have worried at all!
When I got there, Julie had nailed the design of the kitchen I wanted - and all from a 5 minute phone call following a home visit to take measurements.
Painless, exciting and I’m one happy bunny!

Went in store to buy a toilet it wasn't stocked on the shelf Neil went out his way to get it from the back and helped me load it in my car he was very friendly and professional he is a credit to the store

I recently visited your Stirchley store with my with my wife to look at the kitchens on display. We spoke to a lady called Julie Lovell who from the start was very pleasant and professional about what we wanted from our kitchen. Julie arranged a home visit to measure up for a new kitchen and left after arranging a meeting at the store later that week. We met Julie in store and she showed us the design that she had done, it followed exactly what we were after, she met every expectation we were after. We purchased the kitchen then and there with the delivery date all sorted, and I left the store with a very happy wife.
We found Julie Lovell to be a very professional and pleasant person in dealing with our new kitchen.

I came into the stirchley store to buy paint. The store was short on staff so I approached the tills where I was served by Brian he got some one to cover him on tills and mixed my paint he then took me back to the till and served me throughout he was friendly and chatty excellent service
