Where do I start !!! When I walked in I knew nothing about kitchens !!! Julie greeted me with a lovely hot coffee and sat me down and guided me through the whole process in such a professional but understanding way ... making suggestions of what we may need or not need ... She helped me so much in picking the affordable options for my budget and didnt push at all to choose something which i couldnt afford ?....which I cannot tell you how much i appreciated !... she gave me time to think it through ...1 year to be precise !!🤣 ...(.we are renovating !!!!)...and she kept me informed of when the sales were running so that I could get a good deal !!! She explained the payment process so well ...which has given me alot of flexibility ...so I can adapt the design if needs be and there is a zero % monthly payment process ...which again adds flexibility with finances !!! So thankyou Julie !!! Wickes you have a real gem in Julie.... she is Gold dust !!!✨️

We visited Stirchley Wickes yesterday to have a bathroom designed , we saw Julie Lovell , she was so friendly & helpful that we are delighted with our new bathroom design , thank you Julie

I always use this store as I find the staff super helpful. had to return some items this time. Neil the store manager was on hand to process this for me. I caught them just before closing and was still met with a smile. Never a bad experience here.

We had decided to purchase a full kitchen at the stirchly wikes and the representative Deepak Chauhan was fantastic showing all types and giving a great indepth review of all types of kitchens also taking in what we wanted.

Stirchley branch. Unbelievably rude staff member. No apology for £10 short change for example.

We had an excellent experience buying a bathroom from Julie Lovell at Wickes. She came to measure up the room and planned out a fantastic design that we really needed. Julie was very helpful answering all of our questions and breaking down the quote for us to help us save but also get a great product.

Deepak is an amazing worker, who was extremely helpful, understanding and patient as he helped me design my kitchen. He gave me a wide range of options and took me through each one. He listened to my ideas and created my dream kitchen.

Deepak helped us with designing our utility space. He made useful suggestions based on our own ideas. He was proactive in showing us different ideas to get the best out of our space within budget. All with a smile on his face. Many thanks Deepak.

Omran was very courteous and friendly and also very knowledgeable. He came up with a great design plan to make my downstairs bathroom more suitable for my upcoming hip op. I was trying to figure out how to fit in a walk in shower. I have a follow up appointment at the showroom tomorrow.

A big thank you to Deepak for his advice and designs for our bathroom which use the small space efficiently and look great too. He was very patient when we visited the store and showed us lots of options to customise. He also went the extra mile to update our order on his day off so we could book the delivery in time for the work to start. I highly recommend Deepak to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

Went to wickes for a new kitchen deepak our advisor was absolutly fab new what he was on about then when he came to our home to asses he talked us thru all the plans and sizes to make best use of my space and fit in what I required

Me and my husband bought the kitchen unit from wicked. The experience we got was 10/10. Everyone in the store were so much helpful. Starting from the female store manager to everyone.
Our greatest gratitude is to our kitchen planner Julie Lovell. She went up and beyond to make our lives as stressful as possible free as possible. From day one when we gave her our kitchen dimensions.
She was kind attentive and willing to help. She designed our kitchen with so much love and precision it is unbelievable.
Each time we had questions and queries she was there all the way. Now we look at our kitchen with joy and pride. Thank s to this remarkable lady who does her work with diligence Julie Lovell.
