Wickes - Stirchley Reviews 

I went into wickes stirchley Birmingham today, and the guys man on the till was very rude. No pleases all thank you. And when another member of staff, came to the next till, he completely ignored me. 😡😡😡😡

The manager of this store (Shelly) has outstanding customer service skills. I had a problem with some tiles I had purchased and I needed to return them. Shelly and her colleague went above and beyond to help me and resolved the issue without any hesitation.
Give Shelly a raise immediately! You won’t find a better store manager to represent the store. Thank you again for a 10/10 customer experience. I will be recommending to all my friends and family :)

Needed some paint mixed,shelley was very helpful, and polite.

Shelley was amazing helping me to source a gate so that I could secure the garden urgently for our rescue dogs. She was, knowledgeable, helpful,pleasant and polite. A real asset to the Wickes Stirchley store.

Went to Wickes yesterday to pick up some stone chippings. A very helpful employee there called Dave made the experience for us. They didn't have any stock on the shelf but he went out of his way to help us by loading up our trolley from the stock they had out back, and even helped wheel the trolley to the car and helped us load the car. He was friendly and polite. We didn't purchase enough first time and he did exactly the same when we returned less than an hour later. I don't normally write reviews but he definitely deserves credit for his attitude to customer service.

I must say that each time I have been to Wickes in this past year for renovation supplies I have been met with helpful staff and no shortage of excellent supplies. Dave in particular these last few months has always been on hand with his wealth of knowledge on items and what I would need for our home projects. Yesterday I came in at lunchtime with a bathroom pipe query and Dave was working and kindly advised me on firstly where the fittings were and advised me on the pieces I was purchasing. In today’s world it is extremely hard to get good customer service and I am always grateful for when I see Dave at Wickes as he does go above and beyond and that is something Wickes should be very grateful for as it makes the customer experience much more enjoyable and less stressful for us who don’t know all the diy answers. Thanks again to Wickes and Dave in particular, I’ll be back next week!

Excellent customer service and the staff are really welcoming and helpful.

I've been using the Stirchley store in Birmingham for a while now and I must say the service is excellent. I'm a plasterer and buy most of my supplies from here when I'm in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful with a smile and good morning especially Sarah who is very friendly and professional and always happy to help.

We had a great experience designing our kitchen with Julie Lovell. She was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you!

went to the Stirchley store in Birmingham to replace two lengths of c16 that I had had delivered warped, happened to mention it to the lady behind the counter and she immediately refunded me, wasn't after a refund, didn't ask because I didnt think id get one as I had used to wood, brilliant service, plus I love the staff in this store

Popped in for some paint related guidance - Shelly was an absolute gem, advice was spot on and would highly recommend for anyone!

I went in yesterday and needed a paint colour that I had not bought from the store previously.
Shelley assisted me and advised that she could colour match the paint I had brought in. She took a sample of the colour and was able to match exactly.

I went to an event for paint and iv got say it was brilliant and Shelley was very informative and I got a lot of freebies so I had a paint brush and tester paints also a tape measure

I called regarding an issue with a leaking thermostatic mixer shower. Spoke to Shelley she put my mind at ease saying no problem, pop in and I’ll exchange it. Such a pleasant person to speak to, popped in and the replacement shower was given. I can honestly say Shelley is a credit to Wickes store in Stirchley Birmingham.
