I would think hard before purchasing my experience wasn't good. Yes, the promised it would be smooth, it wasn't.
We were without a bathroom over a month over 100 phone calls. Complaint I feel still isn't being dealt with, the only good thing was the installation he was fab.
I'd give 10 out of 10 for him 0 for the rest not happy don't feel like a valid customer

excellent service and price, very knowledgeable design consultant.Anna Lysik was the design consultant dealing with myself and was very helpful with nothing that she didn't know about designing kitchens, keep uptown date with everything, highly recommend wicks, the Swansea store was the store that I dealt with

I have shopped at many Wickes stores over the years and have never had a problem, but the Swansea store is not good. I purchased Patio slabs from them and when they ran out of stock I was told they had more but just needed putting out. Come back tomorrow they said, so I did and they still weren't on display. I spoke to a female member of staff who told me it would take an hour for a staff member to get the slabs out of stock, but she said if I couldn't wait that long maybe try click and collect which I agreed to do. The next day I arrived at the store albeit it was early morning but I was told the slabs had still not been put out, but the advisor said he would get them right away. After some 10 minute wait I finally got the slabs, but I feel there is something seriously wrong here. Online it states there were 172 slabs in stock, so why on earth were they not out on display. To actually be told there are 172 in stock and yet it took days for staff to take them out of stock and put them on display is unacceptable in my opinion. Who checks stock levels? The only reason I am leaving this review is because while I was waiting I noticed Wickes advertising Trustpilot and prompting people to leave a review.

Anya our design consultant went over board with her service , was professional throughput and even visited our home on her day off when our installer had a query. Thank you Anya

I had the best kitchen designer in Anna Lysik at the Swansea branch of Wickes. Anna was superb, very patient and extremely friendly. The whole experience was professional and amazing. Anna certainly knows how to design the best kitchen ideas, I can't thank her enough. I love my new kitchen.

I ordered my kitchen from Wickes in Swansea, which was designed by Anna Lysik. She came to the house and was a breath of fresh air, very easy to speak to and very efficient. I then met her at the store in Swansea so she could show me her designs and it was everything I’d asked for. She took the time to run through every detail with me, showing me what was on display in the showroom to make sure I knew what I was buying.

Would highly recommend.

I recently ordered my new kitchen through Wickes Swansea, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Anna was incredibly helpful throughout the design process. She listened carefully to my ideas, offered great suggestions, and helped bring everything together with attention to detail and creativity.

Katie was very pleasant and friendly . She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and we never felt rushed as I was very indecisive.

Great service from start to finish.
Ania my kitchen designer was quick to measure and turned around an amazing design within just a few days.
The design was exactly as I wanted it to be and seeing it come to life was even better.

I would like to leave a review for Katie. What an amazing person, she’s so happy and helpful. We have recently bought a house with a small kitchen and could not see how we were going to be able to get all the storage we needed in there, Katie came to see us measured up and have absolutely transformed the space. Her recommendations were brilliant, she thought of everything from which type of sink/taps to the work surface. She was on hand for any questions and managed to get it ordered and delivered in record time! I would highly recommend you deal with Katie when you visit Wickes in Swansea as she knows exactly what she is doing and is super helpful!

Absolute joke Spent £3863.95 On a kitchen Kitchen cupboard Missing took 18 days to turn up When it arrived It was broken had to order another one that came broken and when I contact Katie, the design team she just says I’ll let my manager know then they offered me £50 compensation LOL 😂😂😂

My experience with Wickes Swansea has left me stressed and with an unfinished kitchen 6 months on! In August 2024, my ordeal with this company began when I placed an order for my kitchen. While attempting to arrange a delivery date, I discovered that they had mistakenly entered an 'F' instead of an 'E' at the end of my postcode, resulting in a completely different address. I contacted customer service, only to be informed that the error could not be corrected. Consequently, I visited the store to rectify the mistake and initiate the process anew. However, I was told that they could not amend the postcode and was advised to have the kitchen delivered to a nearby location, suggesting that my builder could transport it to my residence!. I was offered no viable solutions and was informed that I would need to reorder the kitchen, and pay for another kitchen and spending another two hours in the store while they re-entered my information. I was assured that a refund for the original kitchen would be processed within two weeks, but it ultimately took over three months, along with numerous phone calls and emails, to receive the refund and eventually going in to speak to the store manager. I am appalled by the company's lack of customer service; the experience has been incredibly stressful, compounded by repeated failed deliveries, damaged items, and unprofessional delivery personnel. I am still missing a cupboard from my kitchen, which has yet to be delivered. After a total of 43 communications with them, including emails and phone calls, I have endured significant stress and wasted time, and my kitchen remains incomplete. My neighbours who have witnessed damaged boxes being literally dumped outside the entrance to my building have been advising others to steer clear of this company, as have my builder, painter, and electrician, all of whom have witnessed the chaos firsthand. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for kitchen orders. I am still financially impacted due to the missing cupboard door, not to mention the emotional toll this entire experience has taken on me.

Awful customer service. Rude and dismissive. When I asked a second colleague for help, the first colleague rudely spoke about me as if I was not stood there. Incredibly unhelpful, was also trying to walk away from us when we were still trying to ask questions about a product in store.

Spent £1600 on a new bathroom in Swansea yesterday, wrong delivery address. Spent over 2.5 hrs on the phone to customer services, eventually spoke to the store the 2 staff members I spoke to were threatening and very aggressive. So basically my bathroom is going to be delivered to another address tomorrow and those 2 could not care less, apparently they are fed up of dealing with customers today. Will never spend another penny in Wickes again. Now trying to get a refund. Next stop my solicitor.
