Best customer service I have ever received from Chantelle at Tottenham store.
Chantelle was so helpful and even asked the manager Nadeem to put the lawnmower I purchased together for me, after the one I purchased on Sunday was faulty, so as to make sure I didn't have to worry about returning again. 10 stars to both of them.

Henry was so helpful and made our experience there run smoothly. He was patient, friendly and extremely accommodating, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated how helpful and approachable he was throughout.
Chatell was also incredibly helpful and fantastic with customer care. Not only was she great with us, but I also noticed how friendly, patient and attentive she was with other customers too. It was lovely to see such genuine care and professionalism from both of them.

Lied to & security concerns
Ordered garden fence on 06/09 (order no: 703477644) for delivery 08/09. No delivery attempted by 11/09. Waited on the customer service helpline for 30minutes then decided to go on the live chat that responded quicker. Finally found out item is out of stock and that was reason for it to not be dispatched. Was told i’ll get it sent from other stores. Suddenly receive a refund, so wrote a complaint on the online form on 11/09. Ordered again (703477720) and invoice says it will be dispatched from same store. Rung the number again (waited 20mins) to find out whats going to happen this time and was assured it will get passed onto store that has it in stock. Told to wait for an email confirmation and instead receive a refund again! Being without a fence for nearly 2 weeks has created a huge security/ privacy concern. I can’t believe I was lied to and my complaint wasn’t followed up.
