Costas from Wickes in Tottenham did an amazing job designing my bathroom, particularly considering it is quite a small and difficult one to work with as it is based in a loft with a slanted roof.
He has been pleasant to speak with and got the designs over promptly - couldn't recommend him enough.

Costas Christou was really helpful in designing our bathroom for us. He helped with all the various choices and was very attentive to our requests. Would recommend mend. Waiting to see how the installation goes.

I had a bathroom design with Tolullah at Wickes Tottenham. Tolullah was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and creative enabling me to design my perfect bathroom. Tolullah was patient helpful giving me a person who takes ages to make a decision she gave me the time, suggestions and even questioned some of my choices which has enabled me to have the perfect bathroom.

My entire experience from 'design' to install has been abysmal. Wickes design team and customer service team have provided no value, have made multiple mistakes and been wholly intransparent.

The installers caused damage to my house, were incredibly rude and intimidating and made multiple major mistakes that have cost me money.

The project took double the time indicated, I have spent an inordinate amount of money and the waste remains on my property over a week after my bathroom was completed.

As a young woman living alone, I actively discourage anyone from using Wickes.

We had the opportunity to work with Tolullah Aiyela at Tottenham Wickes and she was amazing, from the first interaction to the end, she was constructive, friendly, helpful, professional, detailed and very much experienced which made us feel at ease and got the best design for our kitchen!
I highly recommend working with her.

Very happy with our kitchen from Wickes Tottenham. Costas walked us through the design process with great patience and support, giving us lots of options for our limited budget and timescale. I think he and the team went out of their way to help us with what otherwise felt like an overwhelming renovation. The kitchen cabinetry is robust and works well with our choice of appliances.

We had a appointment with Costas Christou at Wickes Tottenham store to look at getting a new bathroom designed and installed. Costas was polite, attentive and very thorough. He listened to our requirements and made some good suggestions without ever taking over. He clearly knew the products well and this made what could be a quite daunting process a really pleasant experience. It was a relaxed and productive meeting, and we went ahead and ordered a new bathroom! We are looking forward to seeing our plans come together and know that Costas will be available should we have any queries or require any reassurance.

Costas Christou, design consultant at Wickes Tottenham, is great to work with. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he is polite, very patient and explained the whole process really well. I had previously worked with Costas 2 years ago and he even remembered things about where I live! Great service and highly recommended.

I tried to get some materials delivered by Wickes. Since outsourcing their delivery service to a third party (Wincanton) the standards have got noticeably worse. I had a missed appointment due to insufficient time for me to meet the delivery driver, and a second visit had the same issue. Despite going into the store and telling them of the issue and them passing the info onto the courier advising I needed more time to get back home i still had the same problem. In the end I had to tell them to leave everything in the front garden with the hope that it never got nicked. It's not that difficult for the driver to give more than 10 mins notice is it!?

I ordered a kitchen from Wickes Tottenham - Costas assisted us with the design and order, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in designing what we needed. As we needed delivery quickly, he also went out of his way to get our order booked in immediately and even arranged to bring the delivery date forward. A big thank you to Costas and Bhuv who both were really great.

We bought a kitchen from the Wickes Tottenham (North London) showroom. Brilliant service from Costas. Helped explain our options, guided us where we need advice, but never felt pushed or sold to. Great service!

Her helpful response to assistance in an ongoing client project was outstanding.
I was so pleased I can't wait to receive that service again when I'm back. Please pass on my thanks to Aishah. I was in a rush and had to get the kids to school. I did want to pass this on to the manager but was in a rush.

Aisha went out of her way to make sure I knew where the materials were. She was very pleasant and helpful!
