Just finalised my new Kitchen with Leon at the Truro store, absolutely brilliant 5 star all the way through from the initial design visit to the renders and final details! Never tried to upsell to things I didn't want at any point like so many others do and listened to exactly what I wanted, can't recommend enough 👌

Leon came round our house from Wickes Truro to take measurements for a new kitchen, he was very friendly and professional. He chatted to us about what we would like and didn’t pressurise us into anything we didn’t want. We went to the store the following morning and were very impressed by his design a couple of things were altered and he helped us choose a a few items we weren’t sure about to bring the kitchen together.We were very impressed by the price of the kitchen we chose and and very happy with the overall experience and had a nice coffee as well. We now can’t wait to have it installed .Thank-you

We have just finalised our new bathroom design with Andy Motteram from the Truro branch. Right from the initial contact, to the home visit, to agreeing the design in-store , nothing was too much trouble for him. During our store visit to finalise the design that he had drawn up , he was receptive to the tweeks that we wanted. We came away feeling that we had chosen the best person/ Company to fulfill our needs.

Obviously despite providing my contact details via Trustpilot I have heard nothing.

I wish it was possible to upload pictures to Trustpilot, my kitchen is shockingly bad.

A year ago I decided to buy a kitchen from Wickes! That was a huge mistake and I am a year later still in dispute with them.

The designer made several mistakes with sizes, he clearly didn’t know what he was doing, he promised me that if I used a Wickes fitter I would be fully protected and encouraged me to take out finance claiming if I had any problems then the finance company would resolve it.

Basically the fitter put the kitchen in so badly that everything is off, he failed to put in a supporting panel for the work top and did such a terrible job that when people walk into my kitchen they ask me what happened as it is so obvious. A child could have fitted my kitchen better.

The list of faults is endless it’s a complete joke.

Every member of staff has lied to me the fitter was far too familiar with me and left me very uncomfortable and the people who are supposed to be resolving matters have consistently tried to bully me, dishonesty is endemic in this company.

My formal complaints and letters to the CEO have been ignored.

Please do your research, this is a terrible company. I am currently putting together a social media reel in the hope I can warn people, the stress I have gone through has been immense. This should have been a really exciting project but it is an absolute disaster.

We've just had a new bathroom designed and installed by Wickes - friendly and helpful service from start to finish. Jay Blyth did a great job explaining our options and making constructive recommendations during the design process and Wayne and Jordan did a fantastic job fitting the new bathroom, keeping us informed of progress throughout. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Unfortunately some of the items we wanted from the catalogue were no longer available when we came to design the bathroom, the wall panels for example, so we had to pick from a more limited choice. We also had some issues with third party suppliers/couriers of the chosen panels we went with but appreciate this isn't Wickes fault. Overall would highly recommend Wickes.

I placed three online delivery orders with Wickes over the course of a week. Only one of them arrived on time. The other two failed delivery despite providing time slots and tracking, with no contact from customer service or the driver. The items were subsequently returned to the store and the onus on me to contact customer service and either rebook delivery or process a refund. Unreliable, so I will not use them again.

We have just had a full kitchen design done by Heather at the Truro branch. The service from start to finish has been amazing.
The quality is 10/10 and was delivered with nothing missing. Heather did a amazing job and we would recommend her 100%

The designer was a very friendly and helpful person who took on all our needs and made the design of our kitchen the best it could be.
The installer was very friendly and helpful and explained everything through, he kept the disruption to an absolute minimum and the finished project was superb, can't rate him highly enough.

Andy M (Truro, Cornwall) was so helpful and made the process of designing our kitchen so simple. He was quick to respond to all our queries and took all of our preferences into account. We were delighted with the designs!

Never again would I order from these I’m lucky it was a gas fire and not a full kitchen

It came broke then they didn’t wasn’t it back and when they finally got the item back Im still waiting for a refund after nearly 2 months

Just had a new kitchen replacement. Excellent advice and planning from the beginning from Wickes in Truro but in particular we were so pleased with the kitchen installer, Danny Trengove, who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. There were a number of issues which needed solving as we went a long and Danny solved all of them efficiently, always making sure we were happy with what he planned and executed. We cannot speak too highly of him.

Had a £500 order scheduled for delivery today which I was text 7am to 11am, my wife took the morning off work and no delivery until 2.30pm.
After a conversation with store manager they admitted mess up and to call customer service, I did this and was dismissed in all aspects.
If I had known then my wife could have worked instead of loosing out on wages.

But wicks didn't give a s....

My design consultant, Leon, was simply phenomenal. From coming out to measure up, to designing my new kitchen, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was a breath of fresh air compared to my recent experience with Wren. Leon was patient, he listened to my wants and needs, and brought my designs to life. Rather than feeling stressed and deflated, I left Wickes feeling positive and excited, I now cannot wait for my new kitchen!

The staff were both helpful & knowable & the kitchen designer was so on the product in every way. I Have used Truro before & at all times they have been great.

A very professional and thorough site visit and design process for our new bathroom. The very personable designer, Andy Motterham, was easy to work with because he had the knowledge and experience to adapt to our needs and hopes.

We visited the Truro store for inspiration for a new kitchen, the store was great and had a good selection of differing kitchens, colours and finishing touches on display. We arranged a free home consultation with Heather Rodgers who was absolutely fantastic from the outset, if we could score her 6 stars we would but can only score 5. Never before have we had such a personalised approach and service, nothing was too much trouble and she did everything in her power to help us keep our project on budget. Wickes were great with keeping us informed regarding delivery times and stock issues, helping us with alternatives to keep our plans moving quickly, 5 stars to Wickes and if we could score Heather more than 5 we would!! She is an absolutely fantastic asset to your team!!

Daniel Rowe was our design consultant as my Husband and me were looking at having our bath removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Could not fault him, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. He did a home visit to measure and see if bathroom was suitable for this. Went back to Wickes next day to see design which we agreed on. Items for shower were delivered on time. If at any time I had any questions, I phoned Wickes customer care team, they were brilliant.
Wayne Hawken did a home survey and work was done this month - July 28, 29 and 30th. Wayne and his Son went above and beyond installing our shower which me and my Husband are more than happy with - 'over the moon' with our shower. They did a fantastic job - 1st class workmanship; we would certainly recommend Wayne and Son, Daniel Rowe and last but not least Wickes.

Our kitchen designer (Leon Keung) went above and beyond, he could not have been more helpful if he tried.
We did not at any point feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions about our kitchen and he made us feel so welcome.
We brought our kitchen from Wickes in Truro Cornwall.

I had my kitchen designed and fitted by Wickes. Our designer was Heather Rodger’s (Truro branch) She is enthusiastic and has great ideas and advice .She really cares about her clients. She went to a lot of trouble to get a fitter who would best suit our needs.
Our fitter was Tony Palmer .He was very hard working & professional. The job was done on time and Tony cleared up and made sure we were happy with everything.I can honestly say ,the whole process was stress free thanks to Heather & Tony . We would definitely recommend them & Wickes .
