So grateful for all the help we received from Mitchell both times we have been into the store. Mitchell was patient and asked all our questions. We love coming into the Wickes store!

Amy Laura Tang - Bathroom department at Welwyn Garden City from the start was extremely helpful. We needed to change our order and were concerned the delivery would not arrive in time for our builder. Amy sorted everything out for us and we are awaiting delivery next week.
Her support is still on-going and because of her, everything has gone smoothly and most importantly stress free for us so a big "thank you" and very happy to recommend Wicks Bathroom Service and Amy Laura Lang to anyone. The prices and quality look good too!

After purchasing a fence panel which turned out to be too big for my van Steve was very helpful and arranged to have the panel delivered to my home. Very friendly and helpful guy.

Shereese did a superb job of helping me pick out a shade of white paint for my living room. She actively inputed when I asked her opinion and she didn't rush me despite other customers asking for her help. She was fantasic, personable and the room looks great!!

First time going to Wickes WGC and we are incredibly impressed by the customer service. The level of kindness, knowledge for the products, patience and genuine care Greg & Shereese showed us while picking out and mixing paint colours today was above and beyond we've ever experienced in any store. They helped us for around an hour making sure we were happy with our choice all whilst smiling and great sense of humour. Highly recommend going to them for all your painting enquiries. True exceptional!

Amy the bathroom design consultant was helpful and supportive from the very beginning to the very end of the project, dealing with any query/issue promptly and efficiently. Wickes Customer Services also kept in contact to check on progress. The fitter did a wonderful job across the board and now at the end of the project I am very happy with my new bathroom and would recommend this team to anyone thinking of embarking on a new bathroom project.

I recently completed my bathroom project with and I honestly could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. Amy, my bathroom designer, was excellent at every level throughout the project. She really took the time to understand exactly the style and finish I was looking for, while also being very upfront, knowledgeable and practical with her advice.

What stood out most was how accommodating and supportive the whole process felt. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the communication and guidance throughout the design stage gave me real confidence in the project. The final result has genuinely exceeded my expectations and I am extremely pleased with how my new bathroom has turned out.

Mitchell facilitated a great customer service with knowledge and a very helful service and gave us a great deal.

I popped into my local Wickes store to have some paint mixed to a specific colour. A staff member called out for assistance and a staff member attended the paint area. I presented a colour card of what I had chose from another store. It took a couple of attempts to get the correct or closest colour and then it went into the mixing machine. The staff member was politely chatty and engaging thru ought my experience and made it a joy to be in this store. Whilst there, an autistic child approached, waving and wanting to shake hands and was fascinated with the mixing machine, wanting to play with the buttons, especially the BIG RED button. The nice staff member mixing my paint engaged with the child, expressing so much empathy and compassion, making my experience that more beautiful. I believe the staff members name was Mitchel and it was in the Welwyn Garden City store of Hertfordshire. Mitchel's positive attitude, professionalism and knowledge of products was outstanding and because this particular staff member, i will find reasons to come back. Thank you Mitchel.

A well - stocked shop with very helpful customer service. I chose Wickes to get a few bits and bobs from as they supported a local school that I work for with a generous grant and a donation of play resources, which is very rare these days and has made a huge difference to our children. I got expert advice on wood paints, gardening products at a good price and a few very useful bits for my DIY projects, which were all easy to find. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I’m so impressed with Wickes in Welwyn Garden City. They have been incredibly generous to Holy Family school, donating funds and a high-quality playhouse for the OPAL project. It’s rare to find a big brand that truly invests in the local community. A huge thank you to Michael the manager for being so helpful and making a real difference for the children!

Absolute waste of time.

Booked in for a bathroom and kitchen design appointment. The person was so uninterested, would not look at our drawings or measurements. Did not offer any real advice and wanted us to rebook a home visit appointment. We were there for 5min. Absolutely wasted our time, we had set our Sunday aside to talk to a professional and go through our options. He clearly did not want to do anything and happily let us leave.

Today my husband and I were helped by Chris who was fabulous. He helped us determine product codes to ensure we bought the right tiles and helped move items for us when we couldn't. Please pass on our thanks to Chris for his wonderful customer service. We really appreciate it.

Me and my partner went to the store to grab some tools and we had a lovely experience with the kindness of the staff that was there I would definitely recommend it all of the other people
