Today my husband and I were helped by Chris who was fabulous. He helped us determine product codes to ensure we bought the right tiles and helped move items for us when we couldn't. Please pass on our thanks to Chris for his wonderful customer service. We really appreciate it.

The design team were informative and the products were good quality. They arranged for a fitter to install who was also very knowledgeable.

I’m always popping in for odd bits and bobs for DIY jobs (most recently installing a frame tv 😭). The staff are very handy when I come in for something I don’t know anything about, always happy to point in the right direction without making me feel silly for asking. Definitely would feel comfortable coming back here for bigger jobs too.

Amy Tang was really helpful in helping us plan and source a new shower room. She was proactive, enthusiastic and really knowledgeable. Amy was also extremely patient when our order needed to be changed. She’s great and we’d highly recommend her.

The whole experience was very easy and straightforward, I booked the appointment online then met with Amy, who was wonderful, using her experience and knowledge I was provided with plans and illustrations for the bathroom that I wanted and at a decent price.

Went to the Welwyn store today and got everything I needed to paint my bathroom with the help of a lovely lady Jen, very helpful and knowledgeable, thank you!

Recently had my kitchen done by DC Ollie he was so helpful and professional. Was always available and made me feel like a priority no matter the size of the the project.

Shereese helped so much with my grandparents while in store no question was too much and was extremely kind and professional in her approach. I can't recommend this branch and staff enough.
