From the very first time I spoke to Jenny at wicks I felt she understood what I was looking for, she took on board my health issues and what I felt would help me in the new kitchen I wanted,
She explained everything clearly and showed me examples of it if I didn’t understand.
I soon picked a kitchen I liked and Jenny came and measured up at my home and advised me on what would be best and where, back at the show room we went over the plans Jenny had done checked everything else and then she explained the next step and what she would then arrange for the fitting of the kitchen Jenny was brilliant all the way and would always reassure me over any query with her professionalism and mannerisms I even decided to have a new floor put down at the same time which again she advised and helped me pick which one was best for me.
The fitter that worked on my kitchen was brilliant as well again explaining anything I wasn’t sure on and the job was soon done! So well done wicks of Winsford’s but especially to Jenny and the team of fitters, I will use them again and I will head straight to Jenny.

We were recommended by a friend in the building trade to look at Wickes for a new kitchen. We were not disappointed. Having looked at several places Wickes proved to have high quality units, their pricing and design was clear and we were able to work with a in store designer to create a lovely kitchen. Our house dimensions are awkward so getting it right wasn't striaghtforward. The savings made enabled us to afford to have the new kitchen professionally fitted and the guys did a great job. Very pleased with the advice and service provided.

Ben from the winsford branch, who designed our kitchen was very pleasant and reassuring, over the planning and design work for our kitchen, and very professional and understanding over my wife's health problems when he came around to plan out and survey the new installation, I found the staff at the branch friendly and very polite to deal with, along with customer service, and would highly recommend Wickes of winsford and you see Ben for your kitchen or other projects you have in mind THANK YOU ALL.

Wickes kitchen supply and install. Started out very positively, right up until the point the Wickes "Approved Installer" started work. After that pretty much everything that followed was a shambles, including the offer of compensation at the end of the work. A 3 week project turned into a 10 week project, and the main reason for this (1) 3 - 4 hours of "work" per day, (2) days where no one turned up, (3) endless promises of completion and weekend working which did not happen. Add to that waste exceeded the Hippo bags which were sent (I had to dispose of excess waste myself to avoid it spilling into the public highway). Housekeeping was shocking, cleaned up every day they did do some work, quality of work was OK in the end.... But the end felt like it was never coming. Considering it's was £20k spend with Wickes and a further £6k of specialist install from the installer - I expected more. Unfortunately the customer service was also lacking and my continued complaints and progress updates did absolutely nothing to improve the situation. In the end I was offered a pittance of compensation which was no where near to offsetting the disturbance and delay and associated extra work I had to personally put in. Shocked by the service. Like I said to begin, a positive start was soured by the "business end" of the work. I've since raised complaint with FHIO and yesterday again been met with disappointment as Wickes have claimed they were not informed about issues they could have resolved... So I've got to go back through the whole process again and wait many more weeks for an outcome... Unfortunately I'm never doing a Project with Wickes again, and I recommend you take on your own installer as their "Approved" one fell way short of the mark. Hopefully my review can help save someone from making a similar mistake. Since the install completed in March this year, I'm still yet to receive an electrical safety certificate for the installation. I hope my home is still insured without it as I have requested it be sent to me asap!!

I'm a regular user of the Wickes store at Wharton Retail Park, Winsford CW7 3DB. I go there rather than the close by B&Q in Northwich because for me Wickes is easier to get to, easier to park and has a good range of building, repair and DIY materials. Compered with B&Q the prices are on a par but there is also a different range of tools and I will often find something at Wickes that B&Q dont hold

What can we as a group the Creative crafters say about the team at the Winsford branch who have been and continue to be very supportive with our yearly funding raising events in our community. Each year we do a charity fund raising event and for the past 3 years the Winsford branch have donated a prize which we have used as our main prize in our raffle this has enabled us to raise a considerable amount of money. For which we are extremely grateful.
Big thank you to Andy the store manager who took time out to talk about all the work we do and discuss the charities they work with also in our community. Please if you are raising funds reach out to them Wickes will take time to listen and donate if the can.
Wickes staff are always helpful and do the upmost to help in store can't fault them at all.

I am so pleased with the design Ben created and how its now become a reality. I purchased the cabinets/handles and appliances through wickes. Ben had some great ideas and always available to amend or go through anything again. I am do happy with how it looks with the finished result.

I had my kitchen installed four weeks ago, I am still waiting for collection of leftover parts wich were ordered by store designer but never used by installer. During the process I have resigned from dishwasher however until today the bill has not been amended. I have try to contact customer service few time but it looks like mission impossible. The installation has been delay by installer for over a week, with information two days before start day. The whole process took longer than planned 10 days, but it is not surprising since the installer worked three day a week for max 4 hours. The quality of work is poor, the customer service is even worst. So if you consider Wickes kitchen, please change your mind

Ben really knows his stuff. Super honest recommendations and ideas. He was lightening fast on the imaging software. Explained all the costs really well too. Totally happy and trust him to get us through the process.

We recently purchased a kitchen from wickes, we obviously shopped around with all the other competitors but the deal we got with wickes was better than most, the discounts applied etc & the discounts with the number of appliances purchased was enticing, The design process with Jenny, who was head & shoulders above the rest, her professionalism, experience & attention to detail was second to none, & a major contributing factor why we finally decided on wickes for a new kitchen, couldn't recommend them & Jenny high enough, all the other staff we dealt with were also very helpful & pleasant to deal with, Thank you Jenny Jones for going above & beyond designing our new kitchen & wickes for supplying it, a very happy customer!

Our local Store Manager, Andrew and his staff have been very helpful supporting our local community action group, The Shed Crew, based in Holmes Chapel, with donations.
We have been able to use the donation of wood to make bird box kits which our volunteers make to sell at local markets to promote our activities and to raise much needed funds.

The team at the Winsford branch have been, and continue to be, a huge help to The Green Uniform and Baby Bank when setting up our community shop. They have donated sanitary ware and large amounts of paint so we can ensure all funds we raise go to other well deserving causes within Winsford. Massive shout out to the manager Andy for his support and to Ellie and Aleasha who sourced the supplies and loaded them into the car for me. Excellent 5 star service at very short notice

I've just purchased a bathroom from Wickes having received guidance from the design consultant. Jenny Jones at the Winsford branch.
I wish to complement the company on having such a professional informed and friendly member of the staff team.
Very helpful guidance offered from Step 1 design to completion of the order.
Felt very unpressured throughout the whole process.
Jenny is a credit to the company

Went through the kitchen design and purchase process here with Ben recently and had a great experience. Ben came out to my house initially and took all measurements, went away and created a design that helped me to visualise what the finished product will look like. Rest of the process was also very easy and smooth and the kitchen with appliances was at a really reasonable price too!

Jenny at Wickes Winsford designed our kitchen for us. She was great from the start, listened to what we wanted and delivered! It was a big job as we had a wall knocked down to make the kitchen bigger. Jon who was our designated fitter was brilliant, keeping us in the loop with whatever was happening, and Dan who was one of the team was great too.
Overall a very good experience.
Jenny even replied to emails while she was on holiday, and checked in with us throughout the process .
Thankyou to Jenny and Jon for making our dream kitchen possible, and the other tradesmen that did jobs too

Superb bathroom installation, our bathroom fitter Ian did an amazing job. But hats off to Ben our sale representative he is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with, especially with his after sales support with an issue we had which he tenaciously worked on until it was resolved. Fantastic service from start to finish from the Winsford Wickes team.
