I've just purchased a bathroom from Wickes having received guidance from the design consultant. Jenny Jones at the Winsford branch.
I wish to complement the company on having such a professional informed and friendly member of the staff team.
Very helpful guidance offered from Step 1 design to completion of the order.
Felt very unpressured throughout the whole process.

Jenny was great, really listened to how we wanted our kitchen!

Went through the kitchen design and purchase process here with Ben recently and had a great experience. Ben came out to my house initially and took all measurements, went away and created a design that helped me to visualise what the finished product will look like. Rest of the process was also very easy and smooth and the kitchen with appliances was at a really reasonable price too!

Jenny at Wickes Winsford designed our kitchen for us. She was great from the start, listened to what we wanted and delivered! It was a big job as we had a wall knocked down to make the kitchen bigger. Jon who was our designated fitter was brilliant, keeping us in the loop with whatever was happening, and Dan who was one of the team was great too.
Overall a very good experience.
Jenny even replied to emails while she was on holiday, and checked in with us throughout the process .
Thankyou to Jenny and Jon for making our dream kitchen possible, and the other tradesmen that did jobs too

Superb bathroom installation, our bathroom fitter Ian did an amazing job. But hats off to Ben our sale representative he is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with, especially with his after sales support with an issue we had which he tenaciously worked on until it was resolved. Fantastic service from start to finish from the Winsford Wickes team.

We had a home visit and quote from Ben Smith for a new bathroom for my daughter. Ben was so helpful, kind and attentive throughout the whole process and no query was too small. In the end we did not have the work done by Wickes in Winsford, but would not hesitate in recommending the company to any potential customers.

The customer service was top tier, Ben was super helpful throughout the whole process even when plans and ideas changed. We knew what was going on and everything was laid out in such a simple way that you couldn’t misinterpret anything at all.

We found the wickes experience in Winsford very helpful, we had Ben come to our home talked through some ideas and then designed a plan which was stress free and an easy process. We were delighted with the price as we was on a budget. Would definitely recommend Ben at winsford for your kitchen design. Very please

Had a great kitchen design experience with Ben. He was personable and talked me through the process, options and suggested changes where required.

He made what seemed a daunting experience very clear and easy. Ben even travelled 25 miles to my house to ensure my measurements were correct and the kitchen we had designed together would actually fit!

The whole process from Jenny designing our kitchen to Carl and Dave fitting it was brilliant and made so easy by everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenny from the initial measuring to designing and making sure every stage ran smoothly. Would definately recomend to anyone wanting a kitchen.

Ben was very professional knew his job and product inside and out. He also had a friendly and profesional personality. I was very impressed!

The planner was understanding and tried to overcome my mobility issues within the restraints of the room. He was very patient and gave us different options .
We did not feel under pressure and have some decisions to make over solutions and what will work for us

Everything from start to finish was great,Jenny was very pleasant and polite,came to measure up and designed my kitchen,even sorting the refund out with the extras left over,nothing was to much trouble and even replied to an email I'd sent when she was on holiday! 5stars all round.

Andy the Manager was fantastic. Our local organisation had applied to the Community Fund on-line and were referred to our local store in Winsford. Such a generous and caring attitude, really helps to make the community feel special. Thank you so much for the kind donation of such a large bundle of products.

Faultless. Stress free and delighted with the result. Jennifer, our designer, guided us through with no issues. Jack (and his son Jack) the fitters and the other professionals were all brilliant. The man who came to measure up for our quartz surfaces even said he doesn't see such quality precision work often. The result is beautiful and I would highly recommend

From booking an appointment online to talk with Jenny about a new kitchen, to the kitchen being fitted and finished by Jon the kitchen fitter everything went to plan and we are so pleased with the final result. Jenny was so easy to sit and talk with listening to what we wanted and also making very helpful suggestions, without forcing anything upon us. Also we didn't feel rushed during our appointment. The kitchen arrived on the due date with plenty of updates by text and email before hand, with nothing missing. Jon our kitchen fitter was brilliant working hard, very tidy and did a superb job. Having my old kitchen ripped out and a new one fitted was not something I was looking forward to, as the electrics needed upgrading the ceiling plastered and the floor levelling before a new one could be fitted, but it all went smoothly I needn't have been worried. In total we are very pleased with Wickes and the quality of the kitchen and all the staff who helped it happen. Thank you very much Wickes
