We ordered our kitchen through Ben Smith at Winsford branch, Ben was amazing and made the process of designing and choosing our kitchen so easy. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The after care was great and any queries we had were resolved and dealt with speedily by Ben. Would highly recommend Wickes if you are planning to buy a new kitchen.

We have just ordered our new kitchen from Wickes in Winsford Cheshire. Our design consultant Jenny Jones was amazing, patient and extremely helpful throughout the process. This helped to which make our choice so much easier, nothing was too much trouble even with the changes and indecision at times.

My husband and I went to Wickes for a new kitchen.
Ben, the designer, throughout the entire process was fantastic. His knowledge was exceptional. He was respectful when visiting our home. Ben listened to our needs and wants, and applied them to the design, as a result we have a superb kitchen.
Ben's commitment and passion to his work shines through. Excellent communication skills and a really lovely guy.

The process like most building/construction work is never linear, but having Ben there to assist made things smoother.

The quality of the kitchen is great, my husband and I are very happy.
We used Wickes installation service and the outsourcing kitchen installer was brilliant.

The only issues were delivery dates not quite keeping to schedule. But those issues were rectified.

I would recommend Wickes Winsford!

We were very undecided which kitchen and colour to purchase, there was no pressure from Ben. The guys who delivered the kitchen were very polite and helpful too, kitchen arrived on the day and time stated. Overall it has been a very positive experience. Thanks again Ben.

I have recently had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by Wickes of Winsford. Really pleased with the finished job, the product quality and installation. Ben Smith, one of their designers, planned the layout. He came up with several options for me to consider and overall was a massive help. Great guy, knowledgeable, friendly but professional. We have just had a kitchen designed and installed by Wickes in Winsford. The kitchen Design Consultant was Jenny Jones and she was amazing. She designed it just how we wanted and nothing was a problem.. she is so friendly and helpful, as are all the staff in the kitchen department. Jenny made it so easy for us throughout the whole process. The installers were Jared and Aaron and were superb, two great guys and nothing was a problem for them. They have all done an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. We would highly recommend Jenny Jones and the team for your kitchen design and installation. Visited Winsford today to arrange a delivery of fence panels.I was greeted by a number of very happy colleagues on the desk, and although I had a problem with my discount card the team quickly sorted it out and arranged my delivery in super quick time. Had an issue with an item I bought so I returned and the member of staff, Aleasha was so helpful she worked it out and resolved my issue with a smile and genuine helpfulness

Thanks to both Carole and Aleasha for their incredibly prompt and speedy service when I came to pick some items.

We were helped by Aleasha with a query regarding porcelain tiles. Not only did she answer our queries but she helped us to carry them out to our car after she had sorted a price mark up issue at the till.
In short she could not have been more helpful.
Also it is very noticeable that WIckes have vastly improved their service and marketing after their recent refurb and new image.
