Lovely customer service
I don't usually give reviews but I will like to thank Rachel from Wickes woking. She had a very welcoming smile and helped me with all my shopping from beginning to the end. She ensured that I got everything I needed and made sure she asked a lot of questions to suit my preferences and my budget. I also would like to thank Wickes for carefully picking out their workers. Very helpful advice
I have used Wickes in Woking quite a lot recently as I am doing a lot of renovation on my house. On my last visit a member of staff called Brian was particularly helpful when I asked him about flooring. I bought what he recommended and it was really straightforward to lay and it looks great.

Brian noticed we were searching and he stepped forward and asked if we needed help. We were after a Karcher T-race surface cleaner. There was just an empty space on the shelf and I thought they had probably sold out as there was only one in stock on the website. Brian went to look out the back and found 2! So I was able to get on with cleaning my patio. It turns out to be a very good accessory so good all round

Amazing new kitchen and first class service
I used the Woking branch and dealt with Ken Scudder. From the initial consultation to the design, fitting and finish, Ken gave first customer service with the personal touch. He is truly an asset to Wickes. Ed Heatley was the kitchen fitter and he and his team were amazing. They went the extra mile and looked after me and respected my home. I couldn’t have wished for a better process of having a new kitchen. Even the aftercare has been excellent - thank you Wickes and your first team!
