Wickes have been great in designing my new kitchen and bathroom. Nick the designer has been patient, listened and accommodated all our requirements. He has made site visits and drawn up designs quickly and talked us through every aspect

We had our utility room designed by Nick. He was exceptional! Really helpful and knowledgeable. He designed a room way above our expectations and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Found this store very helpful I was asked by two members of staff if I was okay finding what I was looking for (as I haven’t been to this particular store before).

Walked into Wickes Woking branch today with a list given to me from my builder, I didn’t have a clue where to start looking for any of the stuff he had listed. However I was extremely grateful when I was approached by Gary who asked me if I needed some help, after showing him my list he not only took my trolley and loaded all the items I needed, he also put everything into my car. Thank You

Great customer service and help from Jamie, who helped me when I was looking for paint. He is a credit to the store,very polite and willing to help.

Wickes in Woking is my go to for pretty much everything DIY. It’s well stocked the click and collect works really well and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The amount of professional tradesmen buying from there shows the Wickes know their stuff!

From my designer Nick Hedges to my Kitchen Fitter Julian, my new kitchen is exactly how I wanted it, all the space has been beautifully accounted for by Nick’s design and Julian with his experience and expertise was able to make suggestions to further enhance my kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Wickes at Woking or use them again.

Having finally decided to get a completely new kitchen and after wandering blankly around the Wickes show room not knowing where to even start, we were lucky enough to bump into one of their design consultants Ken Scudder. He was actually just heading off to an appointment but took the time to take our details and get us booked in for a home visit that weekend. He was polite, punctual and incredibly helpful with great knowledge of the products but also an eye for detail and maximising space without sacrificing aesthetics. He had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days so we had 3D images, prices, timescales, everything you could ask for to take all the stress out of trying to even imagine how it will all go together. I really can’t recommend him enough to anybody thinking of doing the same. We really feel he went the extra mile to give us exactly what we are looking for in a professional but friendly and approachable way. Absolutely fantastic service!

Having used the Woking Store for years now I have to say I have always found the staff always so helpful and understanding.
I had a problem today and the manager of the branch and the staff made sure it was sorted for me with great customer service.
I have found that loads of the big companies no longer have good let alone great customer service anymore. With staff that are just working there as a job and have no care about what they do. But this is definitely not the case at the Woking branch the company should be very proud of their staff at Woking and a big thank you to all of them for making sure the problem was solved for me today. The expertise that our designer (Nick Hedges) had was fantastic. From the moment he viewed our old bathroom he helped us envision how we could modernize the space. He was easy to deal with and always responsive.
The company entrusted with our project was Oakley Home Improvements. I was really impressed with their workmanship. Bill was our fitter and he worked long hours to make sure the bathroom was in impeccable condition and ready for use. Everyday he came to work with a smile on his face and it was a pleasure to have him around.
Overall, I would happily recommend using Wicks service, from start to finish it made the whole process easy and stress free.

Great service in the showroom from all. Shop is easy to find things and always tidy.

A great young man called Selorm, came to my rescue today. I needed a heavy bag of grout, which he took from the shelf and carried out to the car foe me.

I’ve been dealing with Ken Scudder on a particular project and he’s been very helpful and accommodating throughout the project and I would would definitely recommend him and the wickes team to friends and colleagues.

The manager I met at first, Jamie, was incredibly helpful. I then had the please to interact with the store manager, James, and the operations manager, Paul. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
