Popped in to find a part for a wooden bed that I was trying to fix. Brian was extremely helpful and although wickes didn’t have the part, he came up with a solution to my problem. Bed fixed and I’m happy

I just had an amazing experience at the Woking Wickes all thanks to the lovely team member there, a chap called Brian.
I had an DIY issue and had not much clue how to solve it. He spent the time to look at the photos and understand the problem and then went about thinking about all the ways I could fix it. He bothered to take the time to think about the pros and cons and offer some very well thought out ideas, and not just one, he kept re-thinking it until we were both happy with his franky, brilliant suggestion… now to hope my DIY skills are up to it.

I needed a lot of help and Gemma helped me followed by Alex and Brian through the process of finding, getting the right products to suit my needs and helping load the car. Thank you and so glad to use Wickes.

I needed assistance with finding locks and hinges for 14 internal doors and Ben helped with this task. It was complicated because of the large task and some doors were different sizes and some had locks and some didn't. Ben was so helpful with technical knowledgeable regarding the locks and the placing of them on the different size doors. He was patient and meticulous ensuring all the pieces of ironmongery were obtained. Excellent service and much appreciated!

Wickes have been great in designing my new kitchen and bathroom. Nick the designer has been patient, listened and accommodated all our requirements. He has made site visits and drawn up designs quickly and talked us through every aspect

We had our utility room designed by Nick. He was exceptional! Really helpful and knowledgeable. He designed a room way above our expectations and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Walked into Wickes Woking branch today with a list given to me from my builder, I didn’t have a clue where to start looking for any of the stuff he had listed. However I was extremely grateful when I was approached by Gary who asked me if I needed some help, after showing him my list he not only took my trolley and loaded all the items I needed, he also put everything into my car. Thank You

Wickes in Woking is my go to for pretty much everything DIY. It’s well stocked the click and collect works really well and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The amount of professional tradesmen buying from there shows the Wickes know their stuff!

From my designer Nick Hedges to my Kitchen Fitter Julian, my new kitchen is exactly how I wanted it, all the space has been beautifully accounted for by Nick’s design and Julian with his experience and expertise was able to make suggestions to further enhance my kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Wickes at Woking or use them again.

Having finally decided to get a completely new kitchen and after wandering blankly around the Wickes show room not knowing where to even start, we were lucky enough to bump into one of their design consultants Ken Scudder. He was actually just heading off to an appointment but took the time to take our details and get us booked in for a home visit that weekend. He was polite, punctual and incredibly helpful with great knowledge of the products but also an eye for detail and maximising space without sacrificing aesthetics. He had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days so we had 3D images, prices, timescales, everything you could ask for to take all the stress out of trying to even imagine how it will all go together. I really can’t recommend him enough to anybody thinking of doing the same. We really feel he went the extra mile to give us exactly what we are looking for in a professional but friendly and approachable way. Absolutely fantastic service!

Having used the Woking Store for years now I have to say I have always found the staff always so helpful and understanding.
I had a problem today and the manager of the branch and the staff made sure it was sorted for me with great customer service.
I have found that loads of the big companies no longer have good let alone great customer service anymore. With staff that are just working there as a job and have no care about what they do. But this is definitely not the case at the Woking branch the company should be very proud of their staff at Woking and a big thank you to all of them for making sure the problem was solved for me today. The expertise that our designer (Nick Hedges) had was fantastic. From the moment he viewed our old bathroom he helped us envision how we could modernize the space. He was easy to deal with and always responsive.
The company entrusted with our project was Oakley Home Improvements. I was really impressed with their workmanship. Bill was our fitter and he worked long hours to make sure the bathroom was in impeccable condition and ready for use. Everyday he came to work with a smile on his face and it was a pleasure to have him around.
Overall, I would happily recommend using Wicks service, from start to finish it made the whole process easy and stress free.
