Paid for Wiggle+ circa January 2023 but it seems the company picks and chooses when express delivery is available whenever they like. This not being available on holidays is understandable but then they choose to turn it off for me when they say they are doing maintenance on their website.
So what did I pay £9.99 for if you chose to switch it off and not provide me any form of compensation? None you provided me when I enquired as you said I ordered when it was switched off for everybody.
Aside from the new website problems, which is an extremely long list, there are also delivery delays constantly for every order, problems with the gift vouchers my work colleague sent to me and poor quality products which need to be sent back by me travelling to a shop miles from my house to post the item back and then wait days sometimes even weeks for the refund to be processed.
Your new and "improved" website is truly a downgrade from the old 1 and do not see how this got the green light to be passed as ready to launch with its 100+ existing problems.
I don't care about my Platinum loyalty status for my account anymore. Done with Wiggle and will warn everybody I talk to to do the same.
Wiggle is so bad right now at serving its customers it does not deserve to earn any money until it fixes its problems which never seem to end

Great is a bit of an overstatement. However, I placed my order, and it arrived, safely, in full with no mistakes at a price I am happy with.
So I suppose if you think that is great .... well that's Great.
The products I got were exactly what I wanted. The only issue I have is that Wiggle has removed the $NZ translation and the purchase was in $US. Even though I tried to change t to $AU earlier the website keeps reverting back to $US.
The order was delivered ahead of the expected time despite of announced delay due to the timing towards the end of the year. The package was included in a box and the pieces of clothing packed individually in plastic bags so they arrived clean and neat.
Great prices, excellent service and fast shipping. What's not to like?
Wiggle is becoming more a click bait website. Very fast to come up in search engines and provide links to products but these are frequiently encountered with a out of stock message.
Super frustrating.

Always happy with wiggle service. Cannot complain about occasional out of stocks in the current environment. There has not been much of that that has impacted me.
