I have been shopping on Wiggle for years. Best online shop for bike parts. Super fast tracked postage and brilliant customer service. Well done......
Great service always but watch the default delivery address. Mine changed back to a place I lived at 7 years ago and it was a bit of a run around getting the parcels back. The couriers were only supplied with partial information / Wiggle wasn't able to track deliveries to the destination. Nobody is admitting responsibilty. Luckily, the occupants of my old home were very helpful and it was my fault for assuming that the delivery address should be the same as the billing address.
But at YOUR OWN RISK. They sent me the wrong item and tried contacting them twice with no luck. No apology, no refund. My advice, DO NOT BUY.

good prices and good service in terms of delivery of goods ordered.
however i am continually frustrated by wiggle's marketing with regular sending of emails offering specials and discounts that one way or another do not really exist. plus their website has a bug whereby it will also show you prices that then increase when you go to the checkout.

I have been waiting about 3 weeks for my order. They have spent the past week looking for it and now I have been asked to wait for another 2 days. I needed this to keep me safe on my bike. Very poor service.

Fast dispatch. Fast one week delivery to NZ for my order. Gels very close to best before date so that was a bit disappointing.
I found the hole process very easy.
Delivery time was great.
The produce I order were as good or better than describe.

While very happy with my purchase the courier system was a disaster. I was notified my order had arrived, but it hadn't - it was instead sent to someone else in my suburb. After a week of chashing I found and retrived my order myself. Still don't understand how the error occured, but I did meet some nice people along the way.
I am always a bit unsure buying online, but wiggle has always been really good. The products are what they advertise, shipping all good, and choice and price pretty good.
It does pay to ask questions though.
Wiggle has been a great site for purchasing my mtb biking apparel and accessories. Freight time to New Zealand is also excellent. Almost always happy with my site unseen purchases.

Have had many interactions over the past 5 years in the cycling space and have not had a single issue in that time. Delivery standards are better than that of some competitors and I've never been sold something that wasn't in stock (unlike with some competitors). Would recommend no problem!
