Ordered slippers in a size 6-8, as a Christmas present. Beautiful slippers but so small! no chance they would fit a size 6 let alone an 8. Something definitely not right with the sizing

Beautiful regulan sheepskin rug, received about 10 days after I ordered.

I was a little worried when I saw some negative reviews that I hadn’t checked this was a legit company, but it was all fine, it just took them a little time to dispatch my order. I think they must be a small company.

We live in Malibu, CA, and ordered from the website. We could not be happier with the result.

I placed an order at the start of August. It was delayed, I waited and waited. Eventually I checked to see when it might arrive. Unexpectedly they sent me an item I didn’t order - presumably in the hope the wrong thing quickly might be better than the right thing slowly. I didn’t want it and didn’t want to pay for something I hadn’t ordered so I returned it. Still waiting for my money back. Fed up of chasing at every stage.

Your items are wonderful and I love them but the one thing that I feel lets the company down is your delivery time, your items take far to long to arrive

This product is excellent quality and worth the wait. The customer service was behind due to waiting on a stock delivery but I was kept informed and we got there in the end!

Goods perfect as per last purchase, but nearly gave up on delivery which was about 2 weeks after date given.

They were perfect--just as I envisioned, and more beautiful than from the photos.

The products are fabulous, but took much longer to be dispatched than indicated when I ordered them and I was not kept up-to-date re: the delays, I had to keep contacting customer services, my WhatsApp message wasn’t even responded to, payment was taken immediately even though my rugs took a number of weeks to arrive

Recently bought a suzani, had great communication and help from Mae and Nisa from details of the textile to delivery. Happy with everything.

I ordered a sheepskin yoga mat which is really a superb quality product and exceptionally well treated. It’s a wonderful surface for yoga. The reason I give 4 stars is because it took 3 months to arrive which I wasn’t expecting. It would have been appreciated if I had known this when ordering. Having said that, the company did give me a small discount and now that I have the yoga mat it was well worth the wait and I prefer supporting small local companies if I can.

The rug itself is beautiful. Thick and luxurious. It is a wedding gift to put over a dining table bench. The reason I've given 4 stars is because of the delay and lack of updates to advise of the delay. I had to chase Wildash several times to find out what was happening. Really they shouldn't be advertising a 5-7 working day delivery if it's going to take 5 weeks. I would be happy to wait 5 weeks for such a good quality rug; better to be given the longer timeframe so as to manage expectations or at the very least, proactively update the customer. Regardless, I would buy from here again and I would recommend, as the quality is excellent.

I came across a picture in an interior design magazine of gorgeous sheepskin chair covers--and found Wildash London listed in the reference credits. I had to have a set! Dealing with Wildash could not have been easier. I inquired about the product by email and got a phone call back from Nisa Berzog, the company founder. I emailed photos and chair specs and, in turn, Ms. Berzog produced the calculations of size and expense. It was obvious I was dealing with an experienced designer. I found the cost very reasonable. The extra-large-size skins my chairs required slowed the process down a bit, but the customer support department was outstanding. I was informed regularly of the status of my order. And when the finished pieces arrived yesterday, I was stunned. Each chair cover is a work of art. I know they'll occupy a treasured spot in my home for many years to come. Margaret A, United States

My 2nd large bean bag ordered. The fur is so soft, the colours are beautiful and made so well. My next purchase may be a bean bag in a dark blue colour, if and when they have one! I would highly recommend this Company and you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to see my daughter’s face when she realises she has her own fabulous white bean bag when she opens up her very large box on her 16th birthday ♥️🖤♥️

Was looking for something to rejuvenate my year old sheepskins that adorn our dining table chairs. They get a lot of wear and was keen to refresh them. The Woolies Restorative Spray smells lovely and really adds sheen and condition to our sheepskins. The slicker brush removes crumbs or other debris and leaves the sheepskins looking like fluffy, soft and how they did when they were new. So pleased to have found these products; affordable and super effective. Thanks for adding these care products to your selection.

Good product but I specifically chose this company (& paid extra for fast delivery) because I wanted it for a birthday present. The delivery didn’t turn up on time &, despite phone calls, messages & promises made, missed the birthday. Would not recommend.
