I ordered the medium sized tan sheepskin to go over a rocking chair that I have in the bay window. It is beautiful and lovely and cosy.

The open and continuous communication made the experience great and my item is so beautiful and had been personally customised for me to compensate for the wait for my delivery

Update after owned the rug half year:
We found that the sheepskin rug trapped much “ fragments” and “seed” in the undercoat, and seeking for help from the company. Keeping waiting for reply for few months, finally they refused to provide any aftercare services but just selling me their product with a 15% off code which they mentioned that it may help to remove it. Feel frustrated and disappointed.

I could say the quality of the rug is average but not really a premium grade and worth for its price.

You must have a better choices in the market and I will not come back to this company anymore. Avoid this company if you want to have a good service and item as well.

Exemplary customer service and communication throughout, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The genuine sheepskin rug that I bought is lovely and plush. Can’t fault Wildash London.

I ordered 3 items on 11 July. I received one four weeks later. When I got in touch the founder told me that she personally packed my box with three items in essence calling me a liar. I have asked about the rest of my order and am not getting any response.

This is the second time I’ve made a purchase with Wildash. The quality of their product is excellent… I just bought a beautiful shearling throw blanket for my sofa… two years ago I bought a throw of a similar colour and size and decorated my larger sofa with it and have been wanting another one for my other sofa ever since! I love the look and feeling they create in my living room so chic but relaxed and comforting too’ I highly recommend!

Appalling delivery times and product was not as expected when it arrived.

Product is great and as described. Paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days to arrive. Not impressed.

I have ordered several sheepskin items from Wildash and the quality has always been excellent. Always best to check they have them in stock, as they're a small family company and it can take time for them to source their skins which meet their standards. Recommended.

For some time now I've been looking for a sheepskin chair pad for a Kartell barstool. All too often I was disappointed by the variety, quality and indeed price by many online retailers in the UK. Then I stumbled across Wildash. What a difference! The range was impressive, the price more than fair and the quality exceptional.

Throughout the order process, I was assisted by Mae, the customer service lady, in a prompt and efficient manner. Indeed, after erroneously ordering the wrong colour, Mae quickly helped me. Without any fuss she substituted the chair mat (without any extra charge) for another, and, informed me of estimated arrival date.

Once again, thanks for all of your efforts Wildash! I'll certainly buy something from you again.

DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

I placed an order on the 15 June 2023 for 4 x rug shampoo and a comb.
Tried to make contact with the company,only to get an automated reply, I’ve since tried again and absolutely nothing in return.
Please spend your money on a company who will appreciate your custom .

Ordered a height chart and the end product is fantastic! Bought as a gift for my nephew and everyone loved it. Customer service throughout the process was excellent.
