This lovely throw is deliciously soft and will be so snug and well used on winter evenings. It arrived as promised and came with a, really much appreciated, canvas tote bag which was used to keep my knitting safe on a weeks holiday. Thanku. I would certainly recommend this supplier and will be returning to check out their lovely “wares”.

These skins are absolutely gorgeous! Wildash kept me updated throughout the entire process. Because these are natural products and not mass produced, there was a longer processing time, though Mae Ann was always prompt to respond to my emails and made sure I knew about any relevant updates. Second time I have stupidly tried to order from this company (first time nothing arrived brilliant Barclays refunded me the money). Constantly lie and say product ordered is on the way/nearly ready etc etc and no sign of what I ordered 7 weeks ago turning up.

This company has took my money after placing an order in good faith on 21 Feb and I’ve had no delivery and they have ignored all requests for a full refund.
Customer service is disgraceful and not a company I would ever trust or recommend

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Worst customer experience ever. I tried to order two custom made cushions. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks. It took two months in the end at which point they sent me the wrong cushions. They do not provide progress updates when there are delays. They lie about what is happening. They never apologise, but rather continue to send sales-like emails which is deeply irritating. They are now denying they have sent me the wrong products and refusing to make things right. I am left with an unfulfilled order. Appalling experience and I wish I had read all the other 1 star reviews so I could have avoided this company altogether.

I wish I had read the one star reviews before placing my order with Wildash. I have had very similar experiences as it seems other people have. Refund promised, not provided and replaced by discount vouchers that can only be used one at a time for a value of £20 when I have a credit of > £300. They have stopped replying to my emails and phone calls in the hope I will just go away. I have never experienced such terrible service from a retailer before.

Wildash were so great - my order went missing in delivery and when O called them they were straight on it, investigated and replaced my order swiftly. And I’m so grateful - I love it! The quality of the sheepskin is 👌 it adds a touch of luxury to my living room.
