Placed an order that was estimated to ship mid February. Had to chase this up and was told that it will be dispatched on the 24th of Feb.

Ten days later the courier have still not received the parcel and Wildash won’t reply to any of my emails trying to establish what’s going on.

In the meantime all I get from them is pushy sales emails promoting the very item I’ve paid for weeks ago and have still not received.

This must be the worst company i have ever used.
i have continually chased my order and still remain undelivered. i placed my orders over 3 months ago and NEVER get a call back.
Can not understand how they get custom.

A beautiful rug, made exactly to my request. Great communications, great service and quick delivery. A highly recommended seller.

Ordered 18th Jan. Still not received the ordered items. Called and promised a call back but nothing. They responded to email and are now looking into where the items are. As at 6th Feb still not received.

My rug looked used. It had a stain on the pelt.

We ordered a selection of sheepskins for our outdoor seating area in our restaurant. They are just beautiful skins, really high quality and the customers love them too. Thanks Wildash for being so helpful in advising us what would work best. Great customer service and good value (although not the cheapest!) but worth every penny.

I'm only giving 3 stars, I love the product but the time frame for delivery was not what I was told it would be.
Apologising in advance that the goods may be late is just words! I was told it was dispatched and it wasn't .
The links in the first email took me to an app that I should buy but was masquerading as the link for tracking.
First emai received 5th December. I was sent an updated email on the 22nd December, after emailing on the 15th.
I am aware this is a small business, I like to support them when possible. I just felt the communication for keeping your customers onside was a bit sketchy.
Bottom line goods great, admin not so great?

Edited after finally getting a response:

1. Impossible to contact or get an email reply, order was missing and a ‚replacement was sent’ but no tracking info on replacement and it’s been a week. Also zero contact back via email and nobody answers their phone

2. After having my order missing for nearly 6 weeks I was finally able to receive a response and a replacement, person in customer service that I did manage to reach was nice and sorted the issue quickly

The sheepskin rugs were excellent but communication and delivery were a little slow.

Great quality products. After a considerable delay owing to Xmas postal strikes etc I received my gorgeous footstool and rug. Very pleased thanks uo

Very disappointed with our purchase.

It took 5 weeks for delivery instead of 5 days as one of the four pads we purchased was out of stock delaying the whole delivery. Ordered 23.11.22 delivered 29.12.22.

We have bought these sheepskin products from Wildash before and were very happy with our previous purchases but this time the quality of the sheepskin squares and round bum pads was awful. They were very wispy and threadbare. The quality was really bad. Too embarrassed to place them on our sofa so they have gone into the car. I will not buy from them again.

The seat pad is well made and beautifully soft and was packed well I was kept informed about timings of the delivery. I would buy from Wildash again.

After a problem with the couriers and then losing my order, Wildash London, after they were made aware of my order not being delivered, immediately sent another and it arrived the following day. The two sheepskin items were exactly what I expected and I am very pleased and would purchase again with no hesitation.

Great products, great quality. Some issues with courier company but now resolved thank you

The sheepskin I had was far superior to others I had . packaged beautifully too
They have great products at reasonable price's I was back ordering another on Christmas day
