Having not moved for the last 40 years
It could have been a daunting experience
But thankfully the crew at William Davis made things very easy 🙏
Ironically after looking at the deeds where we have lived for the last 40years we have found out that was also built by William Davis
Need I say more ?

Mandy made the service great, always followed through with what she say she would do, when she said she would do it. She was easy to get in touch with, friendly and empathetic with what is a stressful process, making us both feel secure and calm with things on the buy side. Thank you Mandy!

The only negative from the process as a whole was when selecting materials for kitchen surfaces and carpets, we were presented with options that were unavailable, which we only found out when we’d chosen them as a preference. This was pretty frustrating given the size of the investment and we didn’t end up entirely happy with either selection but had to make do.

Overall experience 9/10

On the house quality, not been in long enough to know yet (seems great though) but one bit of feedback, modern houses should come equipped with an ethernet port on the top floor connecting to the openreach hub downstairs.

After a setback with a failed chain on another property, we opted to move to a new, William Davis home (after visiting it many times!!). The staff were always polite, happy & helpful and greeted us by name, (Nicky and Mandy) which is a nice touch.
The quality of the house build is great (we've visited a lot of other builders too), high spec appliances and since moving in, it has been such a relief to just live.
I would recommend William Davis homes, go check then out!

I have just purchased a new property on the Wellington Place development in Market Harborough. Sue and Tracey in the sales office are always so cheerful and helpful. The Assisted Move scheme is a really good idea, which made the whole process much less of a worry, as I had the back up from the sales team and a financial incentive. The house has been finished to a high spec and came with a finished and fully planted garden. I'm very happy with my new house and the support from the lovely William Davis Homes team

Mandy in the Sales Office was lovely - super helpful. The home demo was great - showing me how to use everything and explaining about the property. Very high quality fixtures and fittings.

Rebecca and Lauren at the Prince’s Place site are truly assets to the company and just all round great people.
Nothing is ever too much trouble; from advice, to explanations, to panicky late night emails with questions, they’ve always been there to help and it’s been really appreciated. As first time buyers it’s been a very overwhelming process, but they’ve made everything so much calmer and so much simpler, it doesn’t just feel like an exchange and transaction with them, it feels like they truly care and are willing to give us time to chat for hours.
The house itself is beautiful and our dream home, definitely way above any other sites and companies we’ve seen during our home buying experience.

Recently had Mark from customer care out to do some decorating at the end of defects period on my property. I couldn’t rate him highly enough, friendly, professional and attention to detail was perfect ! Nothing was too much trouble. Touch ups he has done look great. Perfect from start to finish !

Excellent service

An absolutely faultless experience from initial viewing, through to reservation and legal completion. Nothing was too much trouble and I was welcome to view the property as many times as I needed. The specification and finish of the house is outstanding - everybody who has visited has complimented me on my beautiful first home!

I highly recommend William Davis and would like to give specially mention to the sales consultant June who was absolutely faultless throughout the process.
