This is the 2nd time I have used this company to find parts for 34 year old louvre windows. The first time was probably 10 years ago. It was great to see they still carry the cranks I need, shipping was very easy and fast. Keep up the good work!

My first order for a few channel balances took longer that I expected, but the 2nd (larger) order was very fast. In both cases, the balances fit perfectly and matched the old existing ones.

Service was wonderful. The tried to help me find the right part. Found a part that might work. But did not work. So if anyone can find a clouset by pass doors hard wear with a inch and one half in set. Let me know. The doors are that thick.

Yes, as stated online Rick because window channel balances are custom made to order it can take up to 3 weeks. You ordered (4) pieces and on small orders like that it takes time to construct them because we include the plastic ends as you know. Sadly, we may have to create a minimum because after over 40 years the only ones that seem to complain are the real small orders for these.
