Excellent product perfect fit from online drawing description. Only negative was time it took. It was a small order and took about 16 weeks.

The parts worked great and easy to install.

I ordered parts from here in July and did not receive them until the middle of October. I ended up not charging the client for the material due to the long wait they had for their door repair.

I received the wrong order....not what I ordered.

Only comment is that delivery was a bit slow, but I was not in a rush.

Product was great, just took a little long to get.

Shipping was much later than advertised. When I attempted to call the company, I was informed via recording that their phone lines were not working and that I should email. I emailed and was answered the next day telling me that my item would be shipped within the next few days and it was.

The online cat was very easy to use. The part I was looking for was easy to find and was instock. Delivery time was good. Wou definitely use this site again.

When I placed my order, the website stated that the parts were in stock. After waiting nearly a month, I contacted them and they said the parts had to be manufactured and would be shipped once they were done. Another two weeks passed before I finally got the parts. The parts I ordered were replacement rollers for my sliding patio screen doors. They had a metal body that clipped in, but the parts weren't an exact match and the slot that clipped in wasn't as big as the originals, so each one had to be hammered into place with a punch. Unfortunately, this company is the only place I could find the parts so it was either them or replace all my screen doors.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from windowdoorparts. For three reasons.
1. The product was exactly how it was described. I have a older sliding glass door and it has been difficult to find parts of the same dimension. However with the measurement diagram i was able to find the perfect replacement.
2. I accidently placed my order twice because of bad reception on my phone. However windowdoorparts recognized that and canceled the 2nd order before it was shipped.
3. Because the order was canceled the money was immediately transferred back to my bank account.
