Took many weeks to get the part I had ordered.
They stated they were "making it".
Usually things online are available in a few days.
It should have been mentioned that they had to be made.
Good thing they did make them as it did solve the window problems

This company was able to help us get hardware for patio drs which was no longer available locally. The hardware in question had not been mass produced in 30 + years. Great service

Excellent company
They were very helpful and quick to ship parts however don’t ship parts by USPS. It took 5 days to get to me because USPS is so inefficient in on time orders. I live 1 hour from this place. I could have drove there and got it sooner. Pick Ups or Fedex for shipping and you will have it sooner

Steve, tracking is done automatically thru the computers. You have to look in the email inbox of the email supplied to us so we don't know why you state that.

Good site, right part, my issue was dark bronze hardware with shiny zinc plated screws. Please match the fasteners to the hardware. A better quality fastener would be a plus.

Clark, that comes from the manufacturer that way and if you ordered the correct part your original would have been the same way as well because that is a factory original part.
