Recieved my parts 2 months after ordering. The sales representatives didn’t follow up with me as to how long it would take to be shipped. I had to keep calling to check on status.

Charged for backordered item instead of charging when item is available to be shipped
Three items were ordered. Charged immediately for all three items but when two items were received the packing list states that one item is backordered and the lead time is approx. 3 weeks. No other communication from the seller. My experience has been that reputable firms charge only when the items are available to be shipped.

Dealing in hard-to-find parts we have to mfg them sometimes and they are popular. You were notified of the delay and asked whether you wished to keep your order and you said "Yes" because you knew no one else had it. So I don't know why you would give us a one when you knew of the delay the whole time!

Dealing in parts that are no longer available they have to be mfg at times. You were notified and had the chance to cancel but did not. We are typically the only ones that have a lot of the products or we are sure you would have canceled. As you can see by our other reviews statistically 99% of our orders ship within 24hrs.

The patio door rollers I purchased were…
The patio door rollers I purchased were not correctly listed. I purchased the rollers because the width of the roller was listed as 1/2 inch when it is only 3/8 inch The rollers were about 10 times the normal cost of the rollers.. I sent emails in response with no answers.
