I wrote a mail in asking about a minor issue with conversion, and the team replied the same day, within a few hours! They gave me instructions in a simple and easy to understand way, and what they suggested worked the first time! Great customer service, and a great product as well!

Whenever a problem occurs with the program the Sales & Tech Support Team was helping within a few hours. Always competent, with good and clear explanations what to do to solve the problem and always very polite !!! A clear 5 star experience and this since 2021!
Total scam
So I left a review stating I paid $60 for a program that doesn't even work (I was incorrect on the price it was $43 as it was on sale). Despite providing the info more than once Ricky Ma just kept asking for the same info I already provided twice. I left a negative review and they reached out offering a refund if I deleted the review. I did that and they said that I would get a refund within a few days. Well normally when paying with a paypal debit card that paid with your paypal balance I get at least an email stating details about said refund and when I would get it. I never did so I called and they have no confirmation on their end about it. So I send an email call it out and they follow up asking about alternative payment I declined to give it to them as the payment method is still active and so there is no need. A very wise choice as they likely would've just stolen from me given they then follow up claiming that I no longer qualify for a refund due to the amount of time that passed. So not only was I correct that they never even processed the refund they never intended to refund me which makes their inquiry about alternative payment method super skethcy. They also followed up claiming the data from the dvd was not intact and that's why it wouldn't copy which is false as it plays just find everywhere else and previous dvds I had ripped before my PC died still have the same cut and dry error leading this to be an issue with the program. They had this info prior so I don't really get why they felt making a claim about the data would hold any substance. Likely just an excuse.
Update: see reply, they literally lied about the refund and confirmed in their reply. They never even processed. Besides their policy is irrelevant they offered a refund in exchange for me taking down the original review. So they 1. Lie about a pending refund, 2. Violate their own terms of agreement in an offer that benefits both of us, 3. believed I wouldn't air this out publicly. I am still leaving updated reviews over the internet so please keep an eye out because in those as I am able to attach screenshots they will be supplied.

I have been using WinX DVD Ripper Platinum for 4 years, backing up my DVD collection, with excellent results. It is easy to use.
On the few occasions that I ran into difficulties, Digiarty support was quick to react and problem solved.

Been using WinX DVD Ripper Platinum for about 6 years and early in the piece purchased the platinum lifetime upgrade as I was very satisfied with the product.
Even better is the customer support. Digiarty customer support has been exceptional. There have been 2 occasions where I have upgraded PCs and have needed to input a lost licence key. The customer support team has always responded within 24 hours and have always managed to track down my licence key despite several changes of emails.
In the past I have experienced unexpected slowdowns (then crashes), especially when ripping a lot of DVDs one after the other, but a restart of the PC gets things working smoothly again. Most likely PC related rather than software.
I have had trouble with ripping only 1 DVD and this was Pixars - Toy Story 4. Tech support again was great and the offered suggestions solved the problem.
Again, great software, great support and a pleasure to deal with. I continue to recommend this software to friends.
Poor customer support
I had to open a credit card dispute because they charged me a $40+ renewal fee on Nov. 7 two days PRIOR to my anniversary on Nov. 9. Also, when I went to cancel the renewal the website wouldn't let me, you had to get a code and instead of going to an "unsubscribe" or "cancel auto-renewal" option it kept asking me to get another code. Three cycles of that and I gave up and wrote to customer support on Nov. 7 to complain and gave them written instruction to cancel as of Nov. 8. They wrote me multiple times my renewal was cancelled but then they put the charge through anyway. I would never use this company again or any of the many affiliates. They are dishonest predators and they make it impossible to cancel. I shouldn't have to appeal to customer support to do this. I see now that they have a free version. Free is good, just never give these guys your credit card info. Customer support has minimal English skills and just sends you canned responses; although the person writing twice appended a sentence stating my account was cancelled when it wasn't.

Excellent product and customer service
I have been using the WinX DVD platinum software for about 2 years and absolutely love it. I have put all the Sopranos episodes on thumb drives (because of the ability to convert the DVD's to MP4 format) amongst other great films.
I have found customer service very responsive; I contacted them previously for technical questions and their response time has always been very quick, efficient and thorough.
My most recent inquiry was regarding transferability of their product; my original purchase was for only one computer but I purchased the upgrade for multiple computers and couldn't be happier. Many thanks to their responsiveness, otherwise I would be very unsatisfied.
A must have
I've used a lot of video software.
Winxvideo is, for me, the best.
It's easy to use and many parameters can be adjusted without difficulty.
For several years now, I've been using it every day, to change the format of downloaded videos, but above all to reduce the size of the videos I keep, by reducing the bit rate, without altering the quality visible on my TV.
If I have any problems, trust pilot responds quickly.
A must-have
Poor, worthless customer service.
In my opinion, this is a total waste of money. I wish I had seen the details of the 30-day policy, which is useless if they can't get it running. I sent in screen shots per their request, no help, the last person asked for again, in bold as if to scream at me, shows the professionalism of this organization. I don't know if the multitude of positive comments are friends and family, but do not download or purchase this software. Be careful also not to select the annual renewal, even if you do foolishly purchase. At the beginning, there is a box that they will automatically renew ever year, unselect that.
Software error.
Response was excellent and fix was simple. It turned out to be that the target drive was offline.
Program stopping at start of copy process
Support very responsive and sent a list of processes to try. The problem was the portable hard drive I was using no longer operating as required during the copy process and stopping the program and giving a Error 1.
Based on my experience with the WinX people, you can NOT go wrong if you decide to purchase their products.

I took my first college computer class helping Dartmouth College test BASIC. There's never been a time since 1967 that I have not only used a computer, but have written and marketed numerous programs. Over the years I have had to deal with a lot more than a handful of software vendors... most of whom don't even understand what "support" really is all about. A few weeks ago, when Europe and other locations got hit with a bad update, one of the software firms went offline for nearly a week. Because I couldn't use their software without if going on line to verify that I "legally" owned their program, I was totally unable to boot my computer. I have a large group of people that I "support" on a daily basis that I couldn't contact. Not only could I not access a large portion of my software, this particular vendor was able to get a small portion of their website up and online... AND they didn't even bother to post a message telling us what was going on, or when they'd have things up and running. Is this really what support is?
I started using WinX programs many years ago... using a program called WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe. I recently expanded my purchase of their products to a "package" containing Winxvideo AI, WinX DVD Ripper Platinum, WinX DVD Copy Pro along with their 5K Player. A couple of days ago I asked the WinX people for help with a situation and they impressed with how quickly they not only replied, but how quickly they fixed my issue. When some vendor messes over me, I shout it out to the world, and when some vendor impresses me and leaves me glad that I own their products, I shout that out to the world as well... and that's why I'm willing to take the time out to let you all know that based on my experience, you can't go wrong with their software and their support. Many kudos and "Thanks" to these people.
Ripping an enormous number of DVD's
I have an enormous number of DVD's that I've been planning to sell or give away in order to clear valuable storage. I've used the Ripper successfully on over 1400 discs. The only cases where it couldn't work were copies of films and not originals so that's an obvious on my part, or the original has been partially damaged. Also many previous downloaded files in Avi or Mkv format have been successfully converted to MP4 using WinX Video AI. No problems for me.

This Software did not work the way I wanted. Therefore I deleted it and cut my loss and moved on. This site also doesn't tell you there crappy software is on a subscription basis. There is no way to login to my supposed account from the website. A year later they auto renewed my supposed subscription. I had no idea this software was on a subscription basis. I had no idea there was a customer account created for me. I contacted support and asked for a refund and they sent a condescending email back, showing me instructions on how to turn off auto-renew and refused to give me a refund. I stated
I wanted to exercise "The 30day money back Guarantee" well this is completely false advertising. There sales(and)tech support guy(same guy) offered half refund? Because I didn't stop there well hidden subscription process on time. I sent a refund request the same day they "falsely" renewed the subscription. I mean seriously you can buy this software in a retail store for the same price that is a lifetime product? Why is it even a yearly subscription. There's no advertising about subscription. There's no warning that its a subscription on there site. They miss-lead you and in the end scam you out of your money.

Please be aware that you may be blindly charged again for your product, within a year. the only place to find your login to turn it off is at the very bottom of the invoice there's a small link that says sign up / login. That's the ONLY place. Also When your buying products from the site they do not tell you its a subscription.
