Our main brands are Simply Wood, Woodshaw, Anchor Fast Garden Furniture, Peter Smith Garden Furniture and Zest 4 Leisure, along with our own unique brands of Simply Wood and Garden 2 Home. We only sell quality, offer the best possible service and at a sensible fair price. As the business developed, a warehouse was taken on and a small retail unit. Purchased two wooden planters. My first time using Simply Wood and would highly recommend them. The planters are nicely finished and of good quality. The company logo on the packaging and the nameplate on the planters is a nice touch. No issues with the order and delivered on time.

Outstanding customer service from Ian who went out of his way to sort out a delivery issue which was entirely down to the courier. Within 24 hours the issue was resolved with several emails to update me during the day.
Great planters too…..I will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Simply Wood provides top quality products & top quality customer service, I would definitely purchase from them again, as a customer having the reassurance of excellent customer service is my priority, I would award them 10 Stars if possible.
I purchased a Garden Bench from simply Wood through Amazon but even though it had been well packaged during transit through the courier a section had received some slight damage, I contacted them through Amazon & straight away I received a response from Ian the company owner, without hesitation he said that they would send out to me the next day a replacement for the broken section……Fantastic! Not living too far away we decided to call & collect the replacement section, Ian was waiting to greet us with the replacement section which was lovely, it’s always nice to put a face to the person who you correspond with, what a lovely guy!
Today so many products on sale are from companies in places like China, I would not receive the same customer service from them! Buying local & supporting small businesses is important & far better!

Order, my error, they solved
Ordered garden arch and planters on line. Arranged delivery to my home address, as this was a gift I only realised later that it would be very large and would not fit in my car! Contacted firm who were so kind and arranged for it to be delivered direct to the recipients. Wonderful customer service and my total appreciation for all their help and assistance in solving a huge problem for me. Absolutely brilliant.
