Beautiful yarn
Wool and the Gang is my go to for wool. Beautiful wool and nice to knit with. I like their kits
too especially the patterns as they are so easy to follow and if you should get stuck along the way, then there are the tutorials which are very helpful. Customer service is also excellent. I would highly recommend.

This kit is wonderful
This kit is wonderful. The yarn is lovely and super-soft, and the needles are really nice as well. It all came packaged up nicely and I was able to jump right into knitting. As a true beginner, I probably should have chosen a lighter color to make it easier to see the stitches (tip to others just starting out).

I think having Evri as a delivery…
I think having Evri as a delivery company is something you should look into. My experience of receiving your products via Evri has not been smooth and I think it’s ridiculous that I have to pay for delivery and still get such a terrible service and it’s never on time. I am also not fully satisfied with your balls of yarn - some have multiple yarns simply tied together in a knot. And other knot into themselves.

Regarding delivery: we completely understand how frustrating it is when a courier doesn’t meet expectations. While Evri handles a large volume of parcels successfully, we know experiences can vary, and we are continuously reviewing our delivery partners to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
Regarding the knots on the yarn, we work closely with all of our yarn manufacturers and conduct regular inspections of our yarn to ensure that the best quality yarn is being produced for our customers. However, in some instances, you may find small knots in your yarn (particularly natural fibres!) which sadly cannot be 100% avoided by any yarn manufacturer and is not exclusive to Wool and the Gang.

Great experience as always
Great experience as always. Weirdly huge packaging for a small product, but as the last item of that size I bought was in better-sized packaging I assume they just ran out.
The purchasing and tracking experience was simple and clear, and the product arrived on time.
