The yarn is beautiful, vibrant and soft, I’m knitting the cardigan kit for my daughter as a birthday present and we chose different colours to the pattern suggestion. I have almost completed the cardi... See more

Great experience as always
Great experience as always. Weirdly huge packaging for a small product, but as the last item of that size I bought was in better-sized packaging I assume they just ran out.
The purchasing and tracking experience was simple and clear, and the product arrived on time.
Plenty of colour choices
New knitter
As someone new to knitting, these kits have been awesome! Clear instructions, video tutorials and beautiful wool. I cannot recommend Wool & the Gang highly enough.

Great quality and patterns.
I will always return for more!
Delivered promptly
Delivered promptly. Quick reply to my question, kit directions somewhat unclear.

Gorgeous
Really easy to order, delivery was quick and secure. The yarn is beautiful to work with, knits up well. The pattern was easy to follow.
Delayed Delivery
The product is great. Deliver was terrible. It should not take 3 weeks to arrive. I did not get the kit until less than 48 hours before I needed to give it as a gift. I ordered based on 5 days max for order to ship, and 5 hours to complete. I’m a slow knitter, but I thought that I would have at least a few more days to knit. Contacted Wool and they kept telling me to check tracking. I did, and no help, just “delayed.” No delivery date posted.
Not sure that I’ll order here, again.

Very pleased.
All of the items were in stock and everything arrived in one box, on time. All the dye lots were correct as well. I was also concerned about the tariffs inflicted on imported items but WATG responded quickly to me.
Back to knitting
I just got back into knitting again and thoroughly enjoyed creating the hat package that I purchased the material was amazing however, I would have wanted a pattern without seam knitting circular in the round. If you have more patterns with this style of knitting, I would purchase another hat package.
I really recommend
I really recommend. I'm am experienced knitter but somewhat rusty. The clear instruction and easy to access videos are invaluable. The techniques have changed over the years. It's great to learn new skills
The wool is really nice quality.
If I were to offer some constructive feedback; the website could show all colour options for all pattern.
You guys are great!
Great wool and pattern
Great wool and pattern. Really simple instructions - so easy to follow.
The yarn is lovely
The yarn is lovely, love the colour and will be making use of the 25% off at the moment but not quite sure I like the pattern. Thanks for the great service.
Packaging+, Raffia not so much
I like the packaging, and the instructions are easy to follow. However I find the raffia more difficult to use than had expected for a project rated as Easy. I'm off to a slow start: have had to frog my work a couple of times and I am hoping it gets easier once I can get a couple of rows behind me
Great project
Really nice yarn and very pleased with colours I have chosen for the kit.
Hero cardigan
Hero cardigan - as a relatively experienced knitter I thought this would be simple ! Nope, quality of the needles, wool and instructions all shocking, the finished article got 2 wears before it hit the bin, it pilled and bobbled, and at £133 with a discount an expensive mistake I will not make again, this really is a bit of a scam
