Packaging+, Raffia not so much
I like the packaging, and the instructions are easy to follow. However I find the raffia more difficult to use than had expected for a project rated as Easy. I'm off to a slow start: have had to frog my work a couple of times and I am hoping it gets easier once I can get a couple of rows behind me

Hero cardigan
Hero cardigan - as a relatively experienced knitter I thought this would be simple ! Nope, quality of the needles, wool and instructions all shocking, the finished article got 2 wears before it hit the bin, it pilled and bobbled, and at £133 with a discount an expensive mistake I will not make again, this really is a bit of a scam

We always aim to deliver the highest quality of wool and to ensure our patterns are as accessible and enjoyable as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear the Hero Cardigan didn’t meet your expectations.
Regarding the pilling you experienced, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. Pilling is a natural process that can happen with wool products, especially in areas where the garment experiences friction. Sometimes even the knitting process itself (or carrying your project around in a bag) can be enough to cause early pilling.
We also want to reassure you that pilling is not a reflection of poor yarn quality. Because our super chunky wool is designed to be beautifully soft and luxurious, the fibres are looser than in a tightly spun or firmer yarn, which means pilling can occur more easily. This is very normal for this type of wool and can happen with any of our wool yarns.
Our team also has some very handy tricks to help manage and reduce pilling if it ever occurs, and we’d be more than happy to share those with you. If you'd like, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.

Cable Bomber Kit is everything …
I finally ordered the cable bomber kit after eyeing it for heats. It’s a really nice pattern that came together easily. The yarn is very warm and cozy! I receive many compliments when I wear it.

The consumer experience with purchases…
The consumer experience with purchases is great. As graphic designer, I particularly appreciated the packaging design. I gave -1 star for the project instruction having a mistake in sleeves calculations and a neck line that could be designed a bit neatly. There were no direct feedback form where I could highlight the issue. After fixing these bits the cardigan looks fabulous and I received a lot of compliments on it.

Lovely cardigan…
