Great customer service
Great customer service. Love the wool package, cannot wait to see it knitted up. (It’s a gift). When it failed to be delivered (delivery company fault) customer services were straight onto it & it was then swiftly delivered. Thank you wool & the Gang for your help.

Very prompt service. Everything was well packaged, the pattern was great, the wool lovely, the instructions easy, and I finished knitting the cardy within a week. My daughter has received many compliments on the finished cardigan.

We’re sorry to hear you felt the delivery was delayed. Just to clarify, express orders placed after 12:00 GMT Monday–Friday or on weekends are dispatched on the next business day. As your order was placed on a Saturday, it was shipped first thing on Monday and delivered Tuesday in line with our delivery policy.
