Shipping said between 2-4 days, it arrived **two weeks later***! I ordered on the 22nd of Dec and received it only on the 5th of Jan. Very disappointing.

We are terribly sorry you received your order later than requested. You placed your order on Friday the 22nd after 7pm. Your order was processed on next working day, and dispatched immediately. Your order required an international delivery which would normally take 2 to 4 working days. These working days exclude weekends and the 3 UK bank holidays during the festive seasons. When excluding these days, your order arrived within 6 workings days, 2 days later than expected. These 2 days are a results of the large scale logistical delays at the borders due to Brexit, which unfortunately occurred at the time of your order.
We value your feedback and apologise this was not the case for your order due to causes outside our control. WordUnited is and will continue to be fully operational during a national lockdown, working with our couriers to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible even with COVID and Brexit.
Over 99% of our orders are delivered to UK customers within 1 working day using a courier service, as seen from the 100s of 5-star reviews.

Great shopping experience

This was an international order with non-tracked delivery. However, we provided a tracked delivery and the tracking details should have been received automatically. Your order was made during the weekend and dispatched the next working day by noon.
