A very good and prompt service, what else is there to add.

Order took 3 months to arrive. Wasn’t kept up to date. Email not answered. Very disappointing.

Order took ages to arrive, with no updates sent. I did chase on one occasion to be told wait a week, 6 weeks later my part arrived.

Excellent service yet again from World Of Mowers, third time ordering from them and yet again first class service.

Cannot have different billing address to delivery address. Emailed to request different delivery address, no acknowledgement, and currently no item.

Order the part and paid. Received no email confirmation, but money was taken from my account .After 2 weeks rang up to chase the order, advised waiting for delivery from suppliers, but couldn’t advise delivery date.
3 weeks, and finally received the part.
That’s 3 weeks of grass growing before I could mow 2 acres of lawn. At best poor service, poor customer service. Had I known it would take this long, I’d have shopped elsewhere.

No contact after placing order so no idea of progress except to say pending after searching site. Part came safely after several weeks at a fair cost but p&p seemed expensive for a small packet. Overall happy with my order.

A good place for your mower spares.
Got a part for a very old mower no problem.
It was on a back order to took a bit of time but it was delivered. Easy to contact by telephone and you actually get to speak to a human.

Very good and when I rang and spoke to a member of staff they were very helpful.

Ordered some piston rings on their web site which apparently they had in stock. Took over two weeks to arrive and no communication from WoM. I was just begging to think I needed to chase them up and they arrived.
